Operates all equipment including turret and color press. Sets up/runs/tears down color press. Mixes inks<br>
and performs color match. Runs ancillary pieces of equipment which automate the press. Performs<br>
troubleshooting for all equipment. Able to identify and resolve uncommon problems and to perform<br>
new work types. Owns specific work projects. This level applies to highly experienced Press Operators<br>
who perform at an advanced level of proficiency.</p><p></p><p><b><br>
Monday-Friday 1:45pm-10pm</b></p><b><br>
Responsibilities:</b><ul><li><br>
Acts as a SME for assigned work area. Trains employees on work process. Acts as an escalation</li></ul>
point for novel problems.<br>

mixing and color matching.<br>
<ul><li>Performs ISO appropriate functional quality tests for operations performed on all machines,</li></ul>
including color presses and associated ancillary equipment.<br>
<ul><li>Accurately interprets documents necessary to deliver the components for jobs.</li><li>Assists other operators in interpreting and applying job documents.</li><li>Trains operators for converting operations.</li><li>Trains new press operators and provides follow-on training for all press operators.</li><li>Receives limited supervision, exercising judgment within broadly defined policies and practices</li></ul>
in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.<br>

Overview of the Role:<br>
The Director of Human Resources is responsible for the leadership, development and implementation of an
<br>
integrated human resource&rsquo;s function supporting specifically noted client groups within Zebra Technologies. Provides
<br>
guidance, insight, and approaches to align organizational talent and culture to drive organizational success. Drives
<br>
and implements enterprise-wide talent related solutions, including performance management, succession planning,

Bachelor&rsquo;s degree required. BS/BA in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or

<ul><li>Minimum of 15 years of broad-based HR generalist experience with ability to demonstrate a progressive
</li></ul>track record of increased responsibility moving through the various HR chairs during his/her career.

Experience working across multiple functions/divisions of an organization and having experience working

with all levels. Prefer experience with a company known for having contemporary, &ldquo;best-in-class&rdquo; practices.

International/global experience is a plus.<br>
