Role &amp; responsibilities :<ul><li>Oversee complete import operations including order processing, shipping coordination, customs clearance, and documentation.</li><li>Manage relationships with Chinese OEM/ODM suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs agents to ensure timely and compliant deliveries.</li><li>Prepare and review all import-related documentation (PI, LC, BL, invoices, packing lists, COO, etc.) and ensure adherence to trade regulations.</li><li>Monitor shipment status, update internal teams, and proactively resolve any logistics or compliance issues.</li><li>Optimize import costs by evaluating freight routes, duties, and tariffs while ensuring supply continuity.</li><li>Maintain accurate records for all import transactions and liaise with finance for payment schedules, duty payments, and reconciliations.</li><li>Stay current with government policies, INCOTERMS, and trade compliance norms affecting electronic imports.</li><li>Identify and qualify new international suppliers for electronic components, accessories, and assemblies.</li><li>Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to ensure cost-effectiveness and supplier reliability.</li><li>Support vendor performance monitoring, risk assessment, and long-term partnership development.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement strategies with production and sales forecasts.</li><li>Coordinate with the R&amp;D and Engineering teams to source components and prototypes for new product launches.</li><li>Manage supplier readiness for pilot production and ensure timely material availability for NPI phases.</li><li>Evaluate samples, handle technical clarifications with suppliers, and ensure compliance with design and quality standards.</li><li>Contribute to NPI cost planning by obtaining competitive quotes and supporting early-stage vendor engagement.</li></ul>Key Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelors degree in Electronics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or related field.</li><li>5+ years of experience in import operations and global sourcing within the electronics industry</li><li>Proven expertise in Chinese supplier coordination, import logistics, and trade documentation.</li><li>Strong negotiation and analytical skills with attention to cost control and supplier performance.</li><li>Knowledge of customs regulations, INCOTERMS, LC documentation, and global supply chain practices.</li><li>Experience supporting NPI sourcing and working with engineering or product development teams.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: From &#8377;100,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Import Manager

Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Create detailed 3D models of electronic products (speakers, headphones, IT peripherals, etc.) using Blender.</li><li>Develop high-quality textures, materials, and lighting setups for realistic product visualizations.</li><li>Produce product animations and explainer videos showcasing features and design elements.</li><li>Collaborate with product and marketing teams to deliver 3D content for ads, social media, and presentations.</li><li>Ensure consistent visual style aligned with Zebronics brand identity.</li><li>Optimize 3D assets for real-time rendering and multiple platforms.</li><li>Stay updated with the latest trends in 3D design, animation, and rendering technologies.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience as a 3D Generalist/Animator, preferably in product design or consumer electronics.</li><li>Freshers with excellent portfolio will also be considered.</li><li>Proficiency in Blender (modeling, sculpting, texturing, lighting, rendering, and animation).</li><li>Strong knowledge of animation principles and ability to create engaging product animations.</li><li>Experience with realistic rendering techniques.</li><li>Basic understanding of post-production workflows (After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar tools is a plus).</li><li>Strong creative and visualization skills with an eye for detail.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality outputs within deadline.</li></ul>Job Type: PermanentPay: &#8377;35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Life insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
