Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Promote and sell laboratory instruments and solutions to academic, industrial, clinical, and research laboratories.</li><li>Identify new business opportunities through market research and customer visits.</li><li>Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for clients.</li><li>Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.</li><li>Prepare and follow up on quotations and sales proposals.</li><li>Maintain CRM data and provide regular sales forecasts and reports.</li><li>Install, calibrate, and validate laboratory instruments at customer sites.</li><li>Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and repairs on-site or remotely.</li><li>Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.</li><li>Provide timely service reports &amp; documentation and train customers on operation along with basic maintenance of instruments.</li><li>Coordinate with the principal/manufacturer for technical issues, spare parts, and escalations.</li></ul>Skills and Competencies:<ul><li>Knowledge of laboratory equipment such spectrophotometers, Chemiluminescent Analyzer, Hematology Analyzer, centrifuges, pH meters, HPLC, GC is a must</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li></ul>Required Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics, Instrumentation, Biomedical)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>1&ndash;2 years of experience in sales or service of scientific/lab instruments.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
