About the RoleZee Developers is building a founder-led social media presence to market six real estate projects plus a restaurant complex and a marquee in Faisalabad. Every day, our on-location videographer will return with raw footage of site visits, business walkthroughs, events, and founder-led content. Your job is to turn that footage into polished, fast-cutting reels that are ready to post &mdash; same day or next morning.This is a high-output role. We need 3&ndash;4 publishable reels per week across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Video Editor & Reel Producer

What You'll Be Doing<ul><li>Accompany the founder on all site visits, business walkthroughs, and events &mdash; camera always ready</li></ul><ul><li>Film daily content: reels, B-roll, interviews with staff and business partners, site progress updates</li></ul><ul><li>Operate a camera gimbal / stabiliser to ensure smooth, professional-grade footage</li></ul><ul><li>Set up portable lighting and audio for on-location interviews</li></ul><ul><li>Capture B-roll independently at ZTC, Z Garden, Zee Courtyard, and the marquee when the founder is not present</li></ul><ul><li>Organise and hand off daily footage to the editing team within same-day turnaround</li></ul><ul><li>Assist with the occasional high-production shoot (drone day, investor showcase reel)</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain and care for all equipment (camera kit, gimbal, audio gear)</li></ul>What We're Looking ForMUST HAVE<ul><li>Genuine passion for videography &mdash; you film things on your phone already because you enjoy it</li></ul><ul><li>Strong compositional instinct &mdash; you know what a good shot looks like</li></ul><ul><li>Experience operating a DSLR, mirrorless camera, or equivalent on-location</li></ul><ul><li>Comfortable with handheld and gimbal-stabilised shooting</li></ul><ul><li>Based in or able to commute to Faisalabad daily</li></ul><ul><li>Available to be on-location at short notice &mdash; this role moves fast</li></ul>NICE TO HAVE<ul><li>Background in Mass Communication, Film, Media Studies, or similar</li></ul><ul><li>Familiarity with the Faisalabad / GT Road area</li></ul><ul><li>Basic understanding of real estate or construction context</li></ul><ul><li>Some editing experience (even mobile &mdash; CapCut, InShot)</li></ul>What You'll Gain<ul><li>Your footage will appear across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok &mdash; build a real portfolio fast</li></ul><ul><li>Direct access and working relationship with the company founder</li></ul><ul><li>Exposure across real estate, hospitality (restaurants, marquee), and commercial development</li></ul><ul><li>Full professional camera kit provided &mdash; you work with proper gear</li></ul><ul><li>Strong performance leads to a full-time content role post-internship</li></ul>How to Apply<ul><li>A short video or reel you've filmed (phone footage is fine &mdash; we want to see your eye, not your gear)</li></ul><ul><li>2&ndash;3 sentences on why this role interests you</li></ul><ul><li>Your CV / portfolio link if available</li></ul>No cover letter required.
