We are seeking an experienced Hotel Management Expert to oversee property operations, host guests, manage staff/vendors, and lead marketing efforts to grow visibility and bookings.Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Relations<ul><li>Provide 5-star hospitality by promptly responding to guest inquiries and requests.</li><li>Manage check-in/check-out processes</li><li>Handle complaints or service issues with professionalism.</li></ul>Property Management<ul><li>Oversee daily operations of multiple Airbnb properties.</li><li>Conduct routine inspections to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and compliance with Airbnb standards.</li><li>Coordinate with cleaning staff, maintenance teams, and third-party service providers.</li><li>Manage inventory (toiletries, linens, supplies).</li></ul>Business &amp; Marketing Operations<ul><li>Monitor and optimize property performance (occupancy rates, guest reviews, revenue).</li><li>Manage bookings, calendars, and pricing strategies across platforms.</li><li>Prepare monthly reports on operations, expenses, and guest satisfaction.</li><li>Ensure all properties comply with local regulations and Airbnb policies.</li></ul>Marketing &amp; Growth<ul><li>Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase visibility and bookings.</li><li>Optimize Airbnb listings (professional photos, engaging descriptions, SEO-friendly titles).</li><li>Manage social media presence for the brand/properties.</li><li>Run digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram promotions) to attract guests.</li><li>Collaborate with local businesses, travel agencies, and influencers for cross-promotions.</li><li>Track performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies for maximum ROI.</li></ul>Team Management<ul><li>Recruit, train, and supervise housekeeping and support staff.</li><li>Establish service standards and ensure consistency across all sites.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in hotel management, hospitality, or property management.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Airbnb and other short-term rental platforms.</li><li>Experience with digital marketing and social media promotion.</li><li>Excellent communication and customer service skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple properties and prioritize tasks effectively.</li><li>Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.</li><li>Tech-savvy: comfortable with booking software, smart locks, and digital guest communication.</li><li>Flexible schedule sometimes might be required off duty hours</li></ul>.
