We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer who will ensure that our blockchain products, smart contracts, and decentralized applications (dApps) meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and security before reaching our users.ResponsibilitiesTest Planning &amp; Strategy<ul><li>Develop and implement QA processes, test plans, and test cases tailored to blockchain-based systems.</li><li>Collaborate with developers, product managers, and blockchain engineers to define acceptance criteria.</li></ul>Testing &amp; Execution<ul><li>Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing for blockchain platforms, dApps, wallets, and APIs.</li><li>Test smart contracts for accuracy, efficiency, and security vulnerabilities.</li><li>Verify blockchain transactions, consensus mechanisms, and data integrity.</li></ul>Automation &amp; Tools<ul><li>Design and maintain automated test scripts using QA automation tools.</li><li>Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines for blockchain environments.</li></ul>Defect Tracking &amp; ReportingIdentify, document, and track software defects in issue tracking systems (e.g., Jira, GitHub).Provide clear, concise, and reproducible bug reports.Continuous Improvement<ul><li>Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance QA efficiency and product quality.</li><li>Stay updated on blockchain testing methodologies, tools, and industry trends.</li></ul>RequirementsEducation &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.</li><li>1+ years of experience in software QA (Blockchain testing experience preferred).</li></ul>Technical Skills<ul><li>Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals (Ethereum, Bitcoin, Layer 2, smart contracts, consensus algorithms).</li><li>Experience with blockchain testing tools such as Truffle, Hardhat, Ganache, Foundry, Tenderly, MythX, Slither, or Remix.</li><li>Proficiency in API testing tools (e.g., Postman, Swagger) and automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright).</li><li>Familiarity with programming/scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Solidity.</li><li>Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).</li></ul>Soft Skills<ul><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.</li><li>Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality products.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience testing decentralized finance (DeFi) applications, NFTs, or Layer 2 scaling solutions.</li><li>Knowledge of cryptographic algorithms, private/public keys, and blockchain security best practices.</li><li>Experience with performance testing of blockchain networks.</li><li>ISTQB or other QA certifications.</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Competitive salary &amp; performance bonuses.</li><li>Work with cutting-edge blockchain technologies and projects.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
