Support existing and new clients to offer technical assistance (forging relationships and building trust).</li><li>
Support existing and new clients to promote Zeeco products and services.</li><li>
Identify key personnel, establish, and maintain working relationships.</li><li>
Identify, negotiate with, and influence decision makers.</li><li>
Assist with commissioning, startup, and troubleshooting of combustion equipment.</li><li>
Understand end-user&rsquo;s needs and identify sales opportunities.</li><li>
Work to generate inquiries.
</li><li>Assess equipment and operation status to develop scope definitions.</li><li>
Follow up and provide feedback on any open quotes.</li><li>
Assist in closing orders.</li><li>
Identify end-user facility maintenance turnaround dates and offer Zeeco products and services to support the turnaround.</li><li>
Assist with establishing various working agreements with strategic end-users.</li><li>
Increase the productivity of Zeeco&rsquo;s manufacturer&rsquo;s reps through technical and sales support and education.</li><li>
Provide feedback to Zeeco&rsquo;s product groups for continuous improvement.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Qualifications / Requirements
</b></h3><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Mechanical Or Chemical engineering or significant work experience around combustion equipment required.</li><li>
4-10 years of experience
</li><li>Knowledge of combustion equipment is required.
</li><li>Experience in chemical processing and/or hydrocarbon processing industry.</li><li>
Independent / proactive work ethic.</li><li>
Strong problem-solving ability.</li><li>
Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>
Customer service/sales experience.</li></ul><div>
