Support existing and new clients to offer technical assistance (forging relationships and building trust).</li><li>
Support existing and new clients to promote Zeeco products and services.</li><li>
Identify key personnel, establish, and maintain working relationships.</li><li>
Identify, negotiate with, and influence decision makers.</li><li>
Assist with commissioning, startup, and troubleshooting of combustion equipment.</li><li>
Understand end-user&rsquo;s needs and identify sales opportunities.</li><li>
Work to generate inquiries.
</li><li>Assess equipment and operation status to develop scope definitions.</li><li>
Follow up and provide feedback on any open quotes.</li><li>
Assist in closing orders.</li><li>
Identify end-user facility maintenance turnaround dates and offer Zeeco products and services to support the turnaround.</li><li>
Assist with establishing various working agreements with strategic end-users.</li><li>
Increase the productivity of Zeeco&rsquo;s manufacturer&rsquo;s reps through technical and sales support and education.</li><li>
Provide feedback to Zeeco&rsquo;s product groups for continuous improvement.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Qualifications / Requirements
</b></h3><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Mechanical Or Chemical engineering or significant work experience around combustion equipment required.</li><li>
10 years of experience
</li></ul><ul><li>Knowledge of combustion equipment is required.
</li><li>Experience in chemical processing and/or hydrocarbon processing industry.</li><li>
Independent / proactive work ethic.</li><li>
Strong problem-solving ability.</li><li>
Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>
Customer service/sales experience.</li></ul><div>

End-User Combustion Consultant

<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Responsibilities &amp; Duties:
</b></h3><ul><li>Lead and supervise all fabrication and manufacturing operations within the plant.</li><li>
Direct, coach, and develop the team of Manufacturing Engineers to ensure effective planning and execution of production activities.</li><li>
Drive adherence to quality, safety, and environmental standards across all manufacturing processes.</li><li>
Monitor daily production activities, ensuring on-time delivery of projects to meet customer requirements.</li><li>
Review engineering drawings, manufacturing plans, and fabrication schedules for feasibility and alignment with resources.</li><li>
Coordinate with Supply Chain to ensure timely availability of raw materials, consumables, and equipment.</li><li>
Work closely with Quality Control to address non-conformities and implement corrective actions.</li><li>
Optimize production processes through lean manufacturing practices, waste reduction, and productivity improvements.</li><li>
Develop and track KPIs for production efficiency, rework rates, safety performance, and on-time delivery.</li><li>
Ensure capacity planning and workforce allocation match project pipeline and deadlines.</li><li><ul><li>Prepare and present regular reports on manufacturing performance to the Operations Director.</li></ul></li><li>
Lead initiatives for training and upskilling shop personnel to strengthen technical capabilities.</li><li>
Promote a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and accountability within the plant.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Qualifications, Experience, &amp; Skills:
</b></h3><ul><li><b>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in mechanical/industrial engineering or a related technical field.</b></li><li><b>
Minimum of 15&ndash;20 years of experience in fabrication/manufacturing</b>, <b>with at least 10 years in a managerial role within heavy fabrication, oil &amp; gas, or industrial equipment manufacturing.</b></li><li>
Strong knowledge of welding, fabrication, machining, and assembly processes.</li><li>
Experience with project-based manufacturing aligned to international and Aramco standards.</li><li>
Proven ability to lead engineers and shop teams effectively.</li><li>
Strong Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and production planning tools.</li><li>
Strong understanding of safety, environmental, and quality requirements.</li><li>
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.</li></ul><div>
