Neuro, Emotional Wellness &amp; Metabolic Longevity FocusHybrid (In-Office + Telehealth)About the RoleWe are seeking a clinically strong, prevention-oriented NP or PA to join our growing longevity and metabolic health program. This role focuses on cognitive performance, brain health, emotional wellness, and metabolic optimization within a structured, data-driven care model.You will conduct telehealth visits following in-office assessments performed by our Medical Assistants, integrating biomarker analysis, metabolic risk factors, stress and mood screening, sleep evaluation, and lifestyle data into comprehensive, personalized care plans. This is not primary care &mdash; it is proactive, prevention-first medicine designed to improve long-term healthspan.What You Will DoConduct new and follow-up telehealth visits focused on cognitive health, metabolic risk reduction, and emotional wellnessInterpret advanced lab panels and biomarkers related to cardiometabolic and neurological healthEvaluate stress, mood, sleep quality, and behavioral barriers impacting adherenceDevelop evidence-based care plans that integrate nutrition, supplementation, lifestyle modification, and medication management when appropriateAdjust treatment plans based on ongoing lab trends and patient progressCollaborate closely with Registered Dietitians, Emotional Wellness providers, Medical Assistants, and Billing SupportDocument clearly and accurately to support compliant E/M coding (99204, 99214, etc.)Contribute to clinical protocol development and program refinement as we scaleIdeal CandidateStrong interest in metabolic health, cognitive longevity, and lifestyle medicineComfortable practicing in a structured, protocol-driven environmentConfident interpreting labs and managing moderate-complexity chronic conditionsSkilled in motivational interviewing and behavior-change conversationsSelf-directed, organized, and comfortable working in a hybrid tele-health modelThrives in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team settingRequired QualificationsCurrent NP or PA certificationActive state license (multi-state licensure preferred)BLS CertificationMinimum 2+ years clinical experience (primary care, neurology, internal medicine, or preventive health preferred)Comfort with telehealth platforms and EMR documentationWhy Join UsWork in prevention-focused medicine rather than reactive careCollaborate with a team aligned around longevity and metabolic optimizationStructured visit flow with strong MA and care team supportOpportunity to help shape a scalable, modern model of health careJob Types: Full-time, Part-time, PermanentPay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Idaho Falls, ID 83401
