 The HRBP will serve as a strategic business partner for all Strategic Business Units (SBUs) and Business Supporting Functions (BSFs) at ZEISS T&uuml;rkiye concerning all people-related topics.
 
 
 The person will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating several key areas within the HR function, particularly in
 
 Talent Acquisition, Compensation &amp; Benefits, People Development, and HR Digitalization
 
 , while also driving focused
 
 People initiatives / projects within our Winning in T&uuml;rkiye (WIT) program to elevate HR services from Good to Great to Excellent.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Talent Acquisition
 
 
 
 &bull;Conducting full-cycle recruitment efforts and &ldquo;Winning Talents 4 ZEISS&rdquo; for all business units and supporting functions as well as developing initiatives and implementing strategic plans to recruit potential high-quality candidates
 
 
 &bull;Creating local initiatives and projects to increase brand awareness and attract best talents into ZEISS T&uuml;rkiye
 
 
 &bull;Managing employer branding activities (content for LinkedIn, internal articles on TEAMZEISS, career events etc.)
 
 
 &bull;Working closely with Hiring Managers to assess talent needs and overseeing the complete recruitment process with customized solutions
 
 
 &bull;Improving the employee experience by implementing an effective onboarding program
 
 
 
 Compensation &amp; Benefits
 
 
 
 &bull;Coordinating with the external payroll company to manage monthly payroll processes, responding to employee inquiries regarding payroll
 
 
 &bull;Overseeing the Variable Compensation System (VCS) Bonus, which includes target setting and agreement processes, and true-up bonus calculations
 
 
 &bull;Engaging in global and local total rewards pulse surveys to assess the current state of compensation practices
 
 
 
 People Development and Cultural Journey
 
 
 
 &bull;Overseeing key programs / cycles like People Development Dialogue (PDD), Global Employee Survey, Expert Ladder
 
 
 &bull;Organizing Assessment / Development Centers for key talents, including Individual Development Plans
 
 
 &bull;Supporting and implementing people / leadership and culture development programs and change management initiatives
 
 
 &bull;Designing and implementing recognition events, programs, and awards to increase employee retention, engagement and commitment
 
 
 
 HR Digitalization
 
 
 
 &bull;Taking part in the Global Workday Projects (Recruiting, Advanced Compensation, Talent Management, Data Governance, Absence etc.) as &ldquo;country representative&rdquo; and &ldquo;subject matter expert&rdquo;
 
 
 &bull;Driving HR digital transformation projects (e.g. travel reimbursement) in T&uuml;rkiye, upgrading local HRIS modules
 
 
 
 Data and Operational Excellence
 
 
 
 &bull;Serving as the primary contact for employee-related matters
 
 
 &bull;Creating and updating HR Policies and the Employee Handbook to ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
 
 
 &bull;Maintaining up-to-date employee data in Workday and local HR system
 
 
 &bull;Analyzing HR metrics to provide insights for decision-making
 
 
 &bull;Managing on- and offboarding processes for new hires and for departing employees
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Your Profile &ndash; What you can expect as HRBP?
 
 
 
 &bull;Minimum a bachelor&rsquo;s degree
 
 
 &bull;At least 6 years of HR Generalist experience with proven track record of managing the full &ldquo;HR cycle&rdquo;
 
 
 &bull;Knowledge of payroll processes
 
 
 &bull;Knowledge of HR Analytics and reporting, incl. building HR reporting dashboards
 
 
 &bull;Knowledge of HRIS, especially Workday experience
 
 
 &bull;Proven experience in project management, i.e. HR tools/process implementations
 
 
 &bull;Proven experience in driving organizational change and influencing stakeholders
 
 
 &bull;Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization
 
 
 &bull;Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and present actionable insights
 
 
 &bull;High level of emotional intelligence, resilience, and adaptability
 
 
 &bull;Proficiency in written and spoken Turkish and English
 
 
 &bull;Proficiency in MS Office programs, MS PowerBI etc.
 
 
 &bull;Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations
