We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Engineer with expertise in generative AI, large language models (LLMs), natural language processing (NLP), and data engineering. In this role, you will design and implement cutting-edge AI systems, leveraging frameworks like LangGraph, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and graph-based techniques to create innovative knowledge systems. Technical Expertise</div><ul><li>
Strong experience with LangGraph or similar frameworks for LLM-based applications.</li><li>
Proficiency in prompt engineering and fine-tuning LLMs.</li><li>
Hands-on experience with RAG techniques and/or graph-based knowledge systems.</li><li>
Advanced knowledge of NLP techniques, including text preprocessing, embeddings, and transformer-based models.</li><li>
Advanced programming skills in Python and familiarity with AI/ML libraries (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face).</li><li>

Proven ability to design and implement scalable data pipelines.</li><li>

Description of the role:</div><ul><li>
Will be responsible for sales and revenue of Myopia Management portfolio for assigned customers within specified territory</li><li>
Also responsible for activating new customers business and increasing our present share of wallet with existing customers</li><li>
Building strong relationship with customer and forging strong confidence</li><li>
Representing ZEISS Myopia Management portfolio to opticians, doctors &amp; optometrist</li><li>
Training of Internal Sales teams / Customer care / Fitter training and the above-mentioned customers.</li><li>
Trouble Shooting of Nonadaptation cases.</li><li>
Should be having strong business acumen and flexible to travel.</li></ul><div></div><div>

Education - Bachelor&rsquo;s in optometry with Min 1-6 years relevant exp in products training in ophthalmic segment</li><li>

Key areas of responsibility: &bull; Manage Distributor Sales and Application force performance with the support of the Regional Director in his / her territory. &bull; Support and advise surgeons on the use of our products; Participate to Key account surgeries as defined by Regional Director. &bull; Establish, develop and maintain KOL relationships within the territory. &bull; Realizes set sales budget by managing/expanding sales contacts, following-up quotations, special requests and tenders. &bull; Reports regularly on activities and performances. &bull; Gather, analyze and share all relevant information on markets development, competition, customers and products in his territory. &bull; Identify risk/opportunities in the market and propose /execute strategies and action plans to manage them. &bull; Prepare, attend and follow up on key congresses. &bull; Responsible that all DORC activities are in compliance with local legislation. &bull; Ensure distributor compliance with DORC&rsquo;s: - distributor guidelines and general conduct requirements - product knowledge, marketing initiatives and product launches - application support and after sales services processes &bull; Coordinate with Regulatory Affairs product registrations, product reporting or recall activities.</div><div></div><div>
Education: &bull; Bachelor Degree (or equivalent ability) in related field (Business). &bull; MedTech Engineer or Nurse will be a plus. Experience: &bull; 8 &ndash; 10 Years of working experience in a related field. &bull; Experience working in the Operating Room. &bull; Experience in the surgical environment (Ophthalmology is big plus). &bull; Experience in sales and managing indirect sales channel is desired.</div><div></div><div>
