 Key Account Manager- (Hospital Retail)
 
 is a pivotal role responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with key customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving business growth.  Client Relationship Management:

 Strategic Account Planning:

 Work closely with internal teams to execute account plans effectively.

 Communication and Coordination:

 Facilitate effective communication between clients and internal teams.

 Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products/services and address any issues that may arise.

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to deliver comprehensive solutions.

 Revenue Generation:

 Meet and exceed revenue targets for assigned key accounts.

 <li>
 Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services.

 Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability.
 </li>

 Market and Industry Knowledge:

 Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

 Provide insights and recommendations based on market knowledge.
 </li>

 Customer Satisfaction and Retention:

 Monitor customer satisfaction levels and take proactive measures to address any issues.

 Develop strategies to enhance customer loyalty and retention.

 Reporting and Analysis:

 Prepare regular reports on key account performance : Product, Cluster, Store level to present findings and implement actionable.
 </li>

 Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Requirement:

 <li>
 Graduate from a recognized institute with 8+ years of experience in managing national key accounts
 </li>
 <li>
 Capacity to think strategically, identify client needs, and align offerings with business trends is highly valued.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong relationship-building skills are necessary to connect with a variety of stakeholders, including external clients and internal teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 The ability to analyze data, prepare working plans, and track performance
 </li>
