Position Overview:We are a growing medspa clinic focused on delivering high-quality waxing services and advanced skin care treatments, with a strong emphasis on client experience and excellence. We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients. This role is essential in creating a welcoming, professional, and high-end client experience.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Greet and check in clients with warmth and professionalism</li><li>Schedule appointments via phone, in person, and online platforms</li><li>Answer phone calls, messages, and client inquiries across all communication channels</li><li>Process client payments at checkout</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area (including coffee station and bathroom)</li><li>Offer water and coffee to clients during wait time</li><li>Support sales by assisting with services, product and package recommendations</li><li>Assist with general front desk and administrative tasks as needed</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Fluent in English (required)</li><li>Portuguese required</li><li>Comfortable using computers, scheduling systems, and basic office software (required)</li><li>Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to confidently interact with clients</li><li>Sales-oriented mindset with ability to support product recommendations and package upgrades</li><li>Highly organized, punctual, proactive, and detail-oriented</li><li>Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinic environment</li><li>Prior front desk, medspa, or customer service experience is a plus (training provided)</li></ul>Work Schedule:<ul><li>Part-time: 4.5 hours per day</li><li>Monday&ndash;Friday: 10:00am&ndash;2:30pm or 2:30pm&ndash;7:00pm</li><li>Saturdays: 9:00am&ndash;5:00pm (alternating Saturdays)</li></ul>CompensationStarting at $14/hour + commission on product and package salesHow to Apply:Please send your resume and a short cover letter explaining your interest in the position and career goals to: brazilianwaxhub.manager@gmail.com.We prioritize character and dedication, believing that strong partnerships are built on mutual trust and a commitment to excellence.If you have any questions regarding the position, feel free to email us.Pay: From $14.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li></ul>Shift:<ul><li>Day shift</li><li>Morning shift</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Portuguese (Required)</li><li>English (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
