The Role

The Executive Assistant and HR Coordinator provides vital administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations across executive and HR functions. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn both HR and business operations.

This position will report to the Director of Human Resources and is a remote role.

Responsibilities 
Executive Support
<ul>
<li>Manage and coordinate calendars, travel, meetings, and logistics for the Executive Team and Board of Directors.</li>
<li>Coordinate executive off-sites, company-wide meetings, company culture initiatives, and special events where applicable.</li>
<li>Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.</li>
<li>Provide high-level administrative support, including expense reporting and vendor coordination.</li>
</ul>
HR Coordinator
<ul>
<li>Complete and track employment and income verification requests.</li>
<li>Maintain and organize HR compliance documentation, including required postings and employee notices.</li>
<li>Receive, distribute, and process HR-related mail and forms.</li>
<li>Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as assigned, including policy updates, employee engagement activities, and compliance audits.</li>
<li>Support HR operations, including swag distribution, onboarding, system tickets, and updates to HR documents and templates.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.</li>
<li>Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li>
<li>Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li>
<li>G-Workspace knowledge.</li>
</ul>
Bonus Qualifications
<ul>
<li>macOS knowledge.</li>
<li>2+ years of HR or related experience is a plus!</li>
