The on-site Security Specialist is responsible for the safety and security of staff, patients, and property. This individual will also review and monitor all security cameras and should deescalate any impending or occurring instances in a quick and professional manner.</p></div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Essential Duties and Responsibilities</b></h2>
</div><div><ul><li>Regularly interact with employees and patients to maintain a comfortable and safe environment.</li><li>
Check and verify all patient ID&rsquo;s prior to admitting them onto the dispensary floor.</li><li>
Monitor cash pick-ups.</li><li>
Provide exemplary customer service to all patients and fellow employees.</li><li>
Monitor security video cameras and security systems.</li><li>
Carry out regular patrols around and inside the property.</li><li>
Perform lockup and unlock duties where needed.</li><li>
Operate under the regulatory requirements set forth by the State.</li><li>
Assist in product delivery as needed.</li><li>
Provide operational retail support to leadership including, but not limited to patient information audits, batch record data uploads, and other items as needed to ensure regular compliance in preparation of location audits.</li><li>
Other duties as assigned.</li></ul></div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Minimum Qualifications</b></h2>
</div><div><ul><li>High School Diploma or equivalent</li><li>
1-2 years of previous security/protection experience required</li><li>
High level Nightclub, Bar, Jewelry Store, or Event Management Protection experience preferred</li><li>
Must be 21 years of age and comply with all local, state, and company regulations</li><li>
Required to undergo a criminal background check and appropriate state badging (as directed by state ordinances)</li><li>
Passionate about security and safety</li><li>
Ability to use office equipment (computers and printers) and their included software i.e. Word, Excel, email, etc.</li><li>
Learn and understand Federal, State, and local laws relating to the cannabis industry and safety regulations</li></ul></div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>

The employee must occasionally move packages weighing up to 50 lb. Able to stand up to 90% of the time. Specific hearing abilities required by this job include hearing in the normal audio range with or without correction. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close observation and the ability to adjust focus. The Cannabis Advisor, Technician is responsible for providing exceptional individualized customer service, educational consulting, and in some cases patient record management.</p><p><b>
This is a full time position at $19 per hour in our Newington Zen Leaf location. Must already be a Certified Pharmacy Tech with state of CT to apply.</b></p></div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Essential Duties and Responsibilities</b></h2>
</div><div><ul><li>Possess a positive attitude while greeting customers and patients.</li><li>
Be an advocate of cannabis customer care.</li><li>
Help customers and patients navigate through cannabis and educate them on how it can be used as a wellness product.</li><li>
Build rapport with regular patients/customers to promote repeat business.</li><li>
Work well with others in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.</li><li>
Provide patients and customers alike with information on types, methods and efficacy of various cannabis products (we do not provide medical advice).</li><li>
Be open to continued, on-going cannabis education and training.</li><li>
Provide support to managers and other Cannabis Advisors as needed.</li><li>
Maintain a clean, organize, and sanitize workstation/store front.</li><li>
Ensure accuracy of online orders before pick-up through remote verification with the designated pharmacist.</li><li>
Performs dispensing duties and tasks related to medical patients and/or care givers under the supervision of a pharmacist.</li><li>
Understand and apply detailed compliance regulations as required by local and state laws.</li><li>
Stock, merchandise, and replenish displays of regulated and unregulated inventory.</li><li>
Complete transactions at the POS and ensure the state monitored inventory system (METRC, BioTrack, etc.) accurately updates the amount of product available.</li><li>

Required to undergo a criminal background check and appropriate state badging (as directed by state ordinances).</li><li>
Desire to learn about cannabinoids, terpenes and product application/consumption methods.</li><li>
Ability to use office equipment (computers and printers) and their included software i.e. Word, Excel, email, etc.</li><li>
Learn and understand Federal, State, and local laws relating to the cannabis industry and safety regulations.</li></ul></div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
