 Job Summary:
 
 
 We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer with a strong focus on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning algorithms.  Responsibilities:

 Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML algorithms and models to solve complex business problems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct data analysis and preprocessing to ensure high-quality input for AI/ML models.
 </li>
 <li>
 Evaluate and optimize existing algorithms for performance and scalability.
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and methodologies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Document processes, methodologies, and results to ensure knowledge sharing within the team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in the training and mentoring of junior team members in AI/ML concepts and practices.
 </li>

 Mandatory Skills:

 Strong knowledge of AI/ML algorithms, including supervised and unsupervised learning techniques.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, with a focus on AI/ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).

 <li>
 Experience with data manipulation and analysis using tools like Pandas, NumPy, or similar.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) techniques and frameworks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid understanding of statistical analysis and model evaluation metrics.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work with large datasets and cloud-based platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
 </li>
