We&rsquo;re Hiring: Junior Technical Recruiter Location: Onsite &ndash; PECHS Block 2, Karachi Timings: Monday to Friday | 11 AM &ndash; 8 PMAre you someone who enjoys connecting with people and has a keen interest in the tech industry? We&rsquo;re looking for a Junior Technical Recruiter to support our hiring efforts and grow into a core part of our recruitment team.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist in sourcing candidates for tech roles through LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals</li><li>Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers</li><li>Maintain and update candidate records</li><li>Communicate with applicants and ensure a smooth hiring process</li><li>Learn to evaluate basic technical profiles with guidance from the team</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>6 months to 1 year of experience in HR, recruitment, or a related field (tech hiring is a plus)</li><li>Basic understanding of technical roles like Frontend, Backend, Full Stack, etc.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From Rs40,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
