We are expanding our presence in Mirzapur to help patients get timely diagnosis, second opinions, and affordable treatment.Role Overview:We are looking for a Field Marketing Executive to increase awareness of our hospital in Mirzapur. The role involves ground-level marketing, doctor outreach, patient referrals, and relationship-building across clinics and communities.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Daily visits to local doctors, clinics, and hospitals to introduce Zen &#2325;&#2366;&#2358;&#2368; &#2325;&#2376;&#2306;&#2360;&#2352; &#2361;&#2377;&#2360;&#2381;&#2346;&#2367;&#2335;&#2354;.</li><li>Distribute brochures and marketing material to healthcare professionals and chemists.</li><li>Educate community members and caregivers about early signs of cancer and treatment options.</li><li>Identify suspected cancer cases and help them access free consultation at our hospital.</li><li>Support in organizing local health camps, street campaigns, and awareness drives.</li><li>Track outreach activities and update daily field reports.</li><li>Build strong relationships to generate consistent patient footfall from the region.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;15,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

Job descriptionPatient Admission &amp; Discharge:<ul><li>Coordinate all admissions, room allotment, and initial documentation.</li><li>Ensure patient file and ID tagging is complete.</li><li>Oversee discharge formalities and coordinate final bill generation.</li></ul>Documentation &amp; Coordination:<ul><li>Maintain and update patient files with daily treatment notes, investigations, and reports.</li><li>Ensure all consents and forms (surgery, anesthesia, etc.) are signed and filed.</li><li>Liaise with doctors, nurses, and billing teams for daily updates.</li></ul>Patient &amp; Attendant Communication:<ul><li>Explain treatment processes, room shifts, billing clarifications to patients and families.</li><li>Address grievances, escalate issues if needed, and maintain a courteous patient experience.</li></ul>Inter-departmental Coordination:<ul><li>Coordinate with pharmacy for timely medicine delivery.</li><li>Work with lab and radiology for test scheduling and report follow-ups.</li><li>Ensure nursing and housekeeping checklists are completed daily.</li></ul>Operational Oversight:<ul><li>Ensure IPD/OPD area cleanliness, functionality, and readiness.</li><li>Flag any infrastructural, equipment, or HR issues promptly.</li><li>Keep track of room occupancy, bed management, and patient movements.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthSchedule:<ul><li>Morning shift</li></ul>Work Location: In personJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
