Job Summary: The Male Nurse at Zen Kashi Cancer Hospital will be responsible for providing comprehensive and compassionate care to male cancer patients. The role includes administering treatments, managing symptoms, and supporting patients through their recovery process, with a focus on creating a comfortable environment for patients undergoing cancer treatment.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide direct nursing care including administering medication, managing intravenous lines, and monitoring vitals.</li><li>Assist with procedures and treatments specific to oncology care.</li><li>Educate patients and families about disease management, treatment plans, and any lifestyle adjustments needed during and after treatment.</li><li>Support patients emotionally, offering guidance and empathy throughout their treatment journey.</li><li>Maintain patient records with accuracy, documenting all care and interactions.</li><li>Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure an integrated approach to cancer care.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Registered Nurse with a valid nursing license.</li><li>Experience in oncology nursing is preferred but not required.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work effectively in both team environments and independently.</li><li>Compassionate and patient-focused with excellent problem-solving skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;15,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>total work: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Patient Care &amp; MonitoringKey Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conduct regular patient rounds and assess patient conditions.</li><li>Monitor vitals and report any changes to the consultant immediately.</li><li>Ensure all treatment orders (medications, investigations, procedures) are executed promptly.</li></ul>Coordination with Consultants<ul><li>Assist consultants during ward rounds and patient assessments.</li><li>Communicate patient updates clearly to senior doctors and nursing teams.</li></ul>Emergency Management<ul><li>Attend medical emergencies (code blue, rapid response) and provide immediate care until the consultant arrives.</li><li>Perform basic life support (BLS) and advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) if certified.</li></ul>Documentation &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Maintain accurate and timely medical records in patient files and hospital EMR system.</li><li>Ensure discharge summaries, consent forms, and treatment notes are completed as per protocol.</li></ul>Coordination with Hospital Departments<ul><li>Liaise with nursing, pharmacy, pathology, and radiology teams for smooth patient care delivery.</li><li>Ensure investigations are ordered and reports are reviewed promptly.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per month
