Zero-Emission Grid, LLC (ZEG) is a technical consulting firm specializing in the planning and engineering of cleaner, more sustainable power grids.Position Summary:ZEG is seeking a talented and passionate individual to support our graphic design and marketing efforts. This role involves the execution of multi-faceted marketing strategies, including content creation, brand visualization, social media management, event planning, and email marketing.The ideal candidate will have demonstrable expertise, a strong creative drive, and a passion for contributing to the clean energy sector.Application Requirements:To apply, please submit:<ul><li>A resume</li><li>A cover letter detailing how your experience and skills align with this role</li><li>A portfolio showcasing your graphic design work</li></ul>Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Maintain and update our brand book, marketing assets, and templates.</li><li>Create static graphics, explainer videos, and motion graphics to support product/service launches and promotions.</li><li>Collaborate with developers to ensure consistency in the design of our website, applications, and social media platforms with our brand book.</li><li>Research industry events and assist leadership in maintaining an annual repository of targeted industry events and marketing budgets.</li><li>Plan and coordinate conference participation, including registration, sponsorship, speaking opportunities, and exhibitions.</li><li>Design marketing materials such as posters, flyers, business cards, and brochures for conferences and events.</li><li>Attend select industry events and assist in hosting internal/external company events.</li><li>Participate in industry working groups (often virtual) and take notes for content development, including marketing newsletters.</li><li>Develop and implement email marketing strategies, including content development, graphic design, email templates, and campaign management.</li><li>Manage and promote the company&rsquo;s social media and website, creating content to increase traffic and engagement.</li><li>Plan and execute online marketing and advertising campaigns.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>A minimum of 2 years of experience in developing and executing marketing strategies for small to medium-sized B2B businesses.</li><li>At least 1 year of experience in email marketing, including content creation and design.</li><li>At least 1 year of experience in content writing (technical writing experience is a plus).</li><li>At least 3 years of experience in static and motion graphic design, including explainer videos and animations.</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and After Effects, with proven expertise in static and motion graphics design.</li><li>Strong creative skills with a keen eye for detail.</li><li>Excellent understanding of social media platforms and algorithms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter).</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Strong organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills.</li><li>Excellent presentation and writing skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a dynamic team environment.</li><li>Familiarity with SEO and search engine analytics tools is strongly preferred.</li><li>UI/UX experience is a plus.</li><li>Previous experience in creating brand books and marketing assets is preferred.</li><li>Willingness to participate in pre-employment drug and background screening is required.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $75,000.00 - $115,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>B2B marketing: 2 years (Required)</li><li>motion graphic design: 3 years (Required)</li><li>Email Marketing: 1 year (Required)</li><li>statis Graphic design: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
