 Software Product Management Senior Specialist located in Ankara

 What You'll Be Doing
 
 
 
 
 You will take ownership of the mobile product experience, ensuring that our EV charging mobile applications deliver seamless, intuitive, and user-centered digital journeys.
 
 
 You&rsquo;ll collaborate closely with design, technical product management, and business teams to enhance the mobile experience from concept to launch and beyond.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Support the definition and execution of the mobile product roadmap in line with business goals and customer needs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate customer journeys into intuitive mobile experiences, using Figma and modern design best practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor product backlogs and development progress in Jira to ensure alignment with roadmap priorities and delivery timelines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) activities, validate feature readiness, and ensure delivery quality before each release.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate feature launch processes, ensuring timely communication and alignment across all related teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track and analyze product performance post-launch, gathering actionable insights for continuous improvement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Continuously monitor innovation trends and user experience benchmarks across industries to identify relevant best practices and emerging ideas that can inspire product enhancements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and maintain clear documentation such as feature briefs, scope definitions, and user flow diagrams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with Technical Product Management teams to ensure functional and seamless mobile-backend integration.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide inputs to Marketing and Operational support teams during feature launches to highlight user benefits and value propositions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Examine customer and business feedbacks/complaints, identify key insights and provide preliminary findings to accelerate solution process
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 You&rsquo;ll be an integral part of shaping the digital face of our EV charging ecosystem, creating mobile products that empower a sustainable and connected future.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Required Skills
 
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in engineering (preferably industrial engineering or a related field),
 </li>
 <li>
 4+ years of experience in software or mobile product management, business analysis, or digital project management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Own and deeply understand end-to-end mobile user flows and processes, ensuring seamless and consistent experiences across all journeys.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in the overall coordination and implementation of product management activities and effective roadmap execution,
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of mobile app ecosystems (iOS &amp; Android) and release management processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and ability to collaborate effectively using Figma or similar design tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience supporting UAT processes, documenting test results, and tracking post-launch feedback.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience monitoring product progress and status via Jira or similar tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analytical mindset with a focus on turning data and feedback into actionable product insights.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work cross-functionally and drive alignment across technical and non-technical teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in payment systems, digital wallets, or loyalty solutions is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of EV charging, e-mobility, or energy technologies is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with Agile/Scrum principles is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Understanding of EV charging infrastructure and electric mobility concepts is a plus.

 Your main responsibilities will include, but aren&rsquo;t limited to:

 Lead the implementations of our EV charging station mobile applications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with product management teams, regional teams to understand local needs and seek for global best practices/use cases to define and manage the short and long-term product roadmap, review continuously to keep it up to date.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate closely with technical teams and third-party developers to ensure technical requirements and architecture are clearly defined.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work with the project manager to define the mobile application project strategy and delivery schedule.
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible for the overall coordination, implementation, execution and control of mobile apps.
 </li>
 <li>
 Plan, execute, and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure product quality before release.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensuring the project is executed on time and meets quality standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage integrations between mobile applications (native) and backend systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze and prioritize product backlog.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare the necessary functional requirements and tasks for the project and regularly compare competitors.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate and manage product development with internal departments and all stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify and manage project-related risks and estimate their potential impact.

 Required Skills

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

 <li>
 4+ years of experience in software product development as a Product Owner, Business/Technical Analyst, Project Manager, Product Manager, or similar role.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven track record in mobile application development projects (native or hybrid) and backend integrations
 </li>
 <li>
 Experienced or knowledge in mobile application development (Native (iOS, Android)) and optimizing mobile user experience (UX)
 </li>
 <li>
 Good understanding about backend, mobile technologies and technical integrations
 </li>
 <li>
 Used to working with IT Teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Deep knowledge of Agile, Scrum methodology, use case and user story
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong leadership skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong ability to simplify and clearly communicate complex technical concepts.
