 About Role
 
 
 
 We are looking for a Senior IT Infrastructure Specialist who will ensure the sustainable, secure, and high-performance management of our company&rsquo;s information technology infrastructure in line with our digital transformation goals.
 
 
 This role not only guarantees the operational continuity of our corporate IT systems but also contributes strategically to system security, user satisfaction, and process efficiency.
 
 
 As a key member of the IT team, the Senior Infrastructure Specialist will take an active role in all areas of system, network, security, hardware, licensing, supplier, and audit management, while also developing automation solutions to increase the efficiency of IT investments and digitalization projects.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Your main responsibilities will include, but aren&rsquo;t limited to:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Ensure the installation, configuration, maintenance, and monitoring of servers, networks, firewalls, switches, access points, and other IT infrastructure components,
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide remote or on-site technical support to end users, prioritizing user satisfaction,
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain up-to-date hardware and software inventories, and manage license tracking and compliance processes,
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as an administrator for Apple, Google, AWS, and IHS systems,
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage antivirus, backup, access control, and data protection processes in compliance with information security policies,
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide application and system support for IT projects; prepare project documentation and user training materials,
 </li>
 <li>
 Support IT budget tracking, consultancy costs, vendor contracts, and procurement processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify digitalization opportunities and develop automation solutions (e.g., Power Automate, Workiom) to improve operational efficiency,
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare documentation and ensure technical accuracy for internal and external IT audits,
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct regular technical reporting, system health checks, and capacity planning activities,
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare technical specifications for IT procurements and contribute to technical evaluations during the bidding process,
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage service levels (SLA) and contractual obligations through effective communication with vendors and consulting partners,
 </li>
 <li>
 Operate in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and environmental regulations, ensuring necessary reporting.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in computer engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical &amp; Electronics Engineering, Information Technology Management, Management Information Systems, or related fields,
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 5 years of experience in end-user support, system administration, and vendor management,
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, network protocols, and system administration,
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiar with information security principles (firewall, antivirus, VPN, backup systems, access control, etc.),
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in license management, IT asset tracking, and documentation processes,
 </li>
 <li>
 Preferably certified in ITIL, CompTIA, or Microsoft technologies,
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication skills, solution-oriented, and a collaborative team player,
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluency in both Turkish and English.
 </li>

 , you will take ownership of our mobile application planning, and execution. You will be based in Ankara and will report to
 
 Software Technical Product Management Executive (Mobile Applications)
 
 in Technology and Digital Solutions Directorate.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Your main responsibilities will include, but aren&rsquo;t limited to:

 Lead the implementations of our EV charging station mobile applications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with product management teams, regional teams to understand local needs and seek for global best practices/use cases to define and manage the short and long-term product roadmap, review continuously to keep it up to date.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate closely with technical teams and third-party developers to ensure technical requirements and architecture are clearly defined.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work with the project manager to define the mobile application project strategy and delivery schedule.
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible for the overall coordination, implementation, execution and control of mobile apps.
 </li>
 <li>
 Plan, execute, and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure product quality before release.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensuring the project is executed on time and meets quality standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage integrations between mobile applications (native) and backend systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze and prioritize product backlog.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare the necessary functional requirements and tasks for the project and regularly compare competitors.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate and manage product development with internal departments and all stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify and manage project-related risks and estimate their potential impact.
 </li>

 Required Skills
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
 </li>
 <li>
 4+ years of experience in software product development as a Product Owner, Business/Technical Analyst, Project Manager, Product Manager, or similar role.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven track record in mobile application development projects (native or hybrid) and backend integrations
 </li>
 <li>
 Experienced or knowledge in mobile application development (Native (iOS, Android)) and optimizing mobile user experience (UX)
 </li>
 <li>
 Good understanding about backend, mobile technologies and technical integrations
 </li>
 <li>
 Used to working with IT Teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Deep knowledge of Agile, Scrum methodology, use case and user story
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong leadership skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
 </li>

 Strong ability to simplify and clearly communicate complex technical concepts.
