 THE ROLE
 
 
 
 Zeta Live Is Zeta Global&rsquo;s Flagship Annual Event&mdash;2,500 Attendees, $5M Budget&mdash;blending User Conference, Thought Leadership, And Entertainment To Inspire Customers And Drive Business Impact. This Executive Producer Will Own End-to-end Vision And Delivery, In Addition To The Following
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Define the multi-year vision and strategy to continuously elevate Zeta Live as a global executive platform, including the flagship conference, C-Suite hospitality, VIP experiences, and entertainment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage $5M P&amp;L with financial discipline while delivering a best-in-class attendee experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Design and oversee full program (keynotes, panels, customer stories, product narratives, entertainment) across 3+ stages and content quality to drive education and engagement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Own audience strategy to secure priority clients and C-Suite level contacts, ensuring registration and attendance goals are met and exceeded.
 </li>
 <li>
 Direct speaker outreach, relationships, and travel logistics management for over 90+ speakers, including executive preparation, briefings, and contract negotiation support.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead production execution (in-person and digital), managing creative production partners, staging vision, show flow, and AV experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with marketing and communications teams for brand strategy, in-house design, press strategy and content distribution to maximize reach and visibility.
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer teams to drive attendance and deepen engagement
 </li>
 <li>
 Deliver best-in-class attendee experience with curated hospitality, concierge touchpoints, and exclusive executive engagement formats.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build relationships with speakers, entertainers, strategic industry leaders to strengthen Zeta Live&rsquo;s reputation and influence.
 </li>
 <li>
 Own success metrics including pipeline influence, attendee quality, brand reach, speaker impact, experience NPS to ensure business outcomes.

 </ul>
 
 Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 10+ years producing flagship executive or media-grade B2B experiences (e.g., Dreamforce, AWS re:Invent, Cannes Lions, etc).
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated success leading $3M&ndash;$10M+ programs and 1,500&ndash;5,000+ attendee experiences with high C-suite participation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceptional storytelling and editorial instincts; able to shape compelling narratives across product, customer, and brand.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to attract, negotiate with, and prep senior executives, high-profile speakers, and entertainment talent.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experienced in directing agencies and creative production partners to deliver broadcast-quality staging, show flow, and content.
 </li>
 <li>
 Commercially minded leader who turns events into measurable business impact (pipeline influence, brand reach, executive engagement, sponsorship strategy).
 </li>
 <li>

<div>Indirect Tax Accounting 


This position involves preparing accurate tax returns, developing tax-saving strategies, and ensuring timely payments. The Tax Accountant collaborates with internal teams and external auditors to support audits, minimize risks, and align the organization's financial strategies with tax requirements. 


Primary Job Duties &amp; Responsibilities 

<ul>
<li>Working on Indirect Taxation Taxation matters with the third party tax consultants including filing of tax returns and finalization of Audits, Accounts, Documentation and MIS Reporting for US and international geographies</li>
<li>Supervising all US and International tax compliance and submissions US State and Local Sales, VATs &amp; Use Tax and withholding taxes</li>
<li>Indirect tax matters include Sales and use tax, commercial rent tax, Franchise tax, etc</li>
<li>Coordinate with the internal teams to gather information for the above matters</li>
<li>Performs research activities on tax issue and have informed discussion with the tax consultant and advice the internal teams</li>
<li>Handling the internal and external audits.</li></ul> 


Qualifications 

<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or equivalent preferred).</li>
<li>Proven experience in tax accounting, compliance, and tax return preparation.</li>
<li>Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.</li>
<li>Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.</li></ul>

<div>Assistant Manager - GL Accounting 

We are looking for highly motivated manager with a strong growth mindset and detail-oriented professional to
lead our day-to-day accounting activities. This role is majorly focused on month end close process, cross
functional partnership to ensure accuracy and compliance. 

Core Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage the General Ledger function, including accruals, prepayments, lease accounting,
vendor expenses, and other costs.
2. Own and maintain the month-end close calendar and checklists.
3. Drive balance sheet reconciliations with SOX-compliant documentation.
4. Review accounting transactions posted in NetSuite.
5. Coordinate with auditors and internal/external stakeholders to ensure smooth audits and prevent
escalations.
6. Perform balance sheet and income statement flux analysis and provide actionable insights. 

Tools and systems:
1. Hands-on experience with NetSuite leading ERP systems (NetSuite, or equivalent)
2. Familiarity with reconciliation tools is an advantage. 

Skillset Required:
