About the Team</b></p>
<p>
We are expanding our Finance, Accounting, and Controlling team in Gebze and are looking for a Senior Finance, Accounting &amp; Business Controlling Manager to join our Chassis Solutions Division, where you will lead the development of financial strategies and ensure operational and financial efficiency.</p><br>
<p></p>
<p><b>
What you can look forward to as Senior Finance, Accounting &amp; Business Controlling Manager:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Support the General manager and management team regarding the transformation of strategic decisions into operative business by following the group policies and procedures in accordance with the legislation.</li>
<li>Create and implement the financial strategy for the location as well as define annual budgets and business plans, with close collaboration and alignment with HQ (Germany).</li>
<li>Ensure the quality and transparency of the company&rsquo;s financial results.</li>
<li>Ensure the reliability and timely provision of financial data, financial statements or other financial information; oversee the capital expenditure investment activities and asset management, etc.</li>
<li>Responsible for quarterly and annual financial statements (P&amp;L / balance sheet) according to IFRS and local GAAP.</li>
<li>Development and implementation of high-performance planning and controlling systems, ensuring the monthly, annual SAP accounting systems (FI / CO modules), complete responsibility for the FP1 configuration of the SAP accounting modules (FI / CO) at the location, ensuring the FP1 system availability for the locations.</li>
<li>Ensure the quality of internal processes to avoid any risks related to possible legal impact.</li>
<li>Legal external representation of the location, as well as to oversee the tax, internal audit, statutory reporting, etc.</li>
<li>Lead and empowering Finance, Controlling team as well as IT team.</li></ul><br>

<p><b>
Your profile as Senior Finance, Accounting &amp; Business Controlling Manager:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Successfully completed studies in finance, controlling or a related field (economics); an additional commercial qualification (e.g. MBA) would be a plus.</li>
<li>5+ years of progressive finance leadership role in leading mid. or big sized, product-driven international organization. Automotive industry experience is preferred.</li>
<li>Fluency in English (Knowledge of Turkish is a plus), strong analytical skills and action-oriented individual with integrity and trust who will not compromise values.</li>
<li>Proven track record in managing overall finance functions, with deep expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, tax and statutory reporting. Experience overseeing the IT function is a plus, but not a strict requirement.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams, foster clarity and create a collaborative and accountable working environment.</li></ul><br>

<li>Ensuring that processes are implemented in accordance with the applicable standard requirement IATF 16949: 2016, customer requirements and legal requirements</li>
<li>Describe process flows taking into account qualitative and production-related processes in accordance with the standard guidelines (e.g. IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, AIAG) together with the process owners</li>
<li>Support of the specialist departments in the creation / revision of instructions</li>
<li>Independent planning of internal audits: workplace, product, process audits</li>
<li>Support of the Q management in the planning, implementation and follow-up of internal and external system audits</li></ul><br>

Your profile as Quality Management Systems Engineer:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Min. 3 years professional experience in Quality Management Systems and auditing and automotive industry experience in a matrix environment is an asset</li>
<li>Excellent written/verbal communication and reporting skills in English and Strong communication and presentation skills for customer, supplier and internal organization</li>
<li>Auditor qualification according to IATF 16949, ISO 9001 and Knowledge of ISO14001/ OSHAS 18001 / ISO 17025 standards would be an advantage</li>
<li>Certificated VDA 6.3 process auditor is an asset</li>

We are expanding our Finance, Accounting and Controlling team across Istanbul and looking for Accounting Specialist to join us in Istanbul with Division Aftermarket.</p>
<p><b>
What you can look forward to as Accounting Specialist:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Ensure all financial transactions are processed in compliance with local GAAP and company policies.</li>
<li>Review and manage tax calculations, fillings, and compliance requirements.</li>
<li>Oversee fixed asset accounting, including capitalization, depreciation, and disposals.</li>
<li>Conduct daily reviews of accounting entries to ensure accuracy and completeness.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the sales department to manage financial instruments, including Letters of Guarantee and Direct Payment Systems.</li>
<li>Maintain records and processes related to other financial necessities and regulatory requirements.</li>
<li>Support month-end and year-end closings, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.</li>
<li>Identify areas for process improvement within the accounting function and recommend solutions.</li>
<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Your profile as Accounting Specialist:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.</li>
<li>Min 7-8 years experience in accounting roles, preferably with exposure to local GAAP standards.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements.</li>
<li>Experience with fixed asset management and accounting processes.</li>
<li>Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Navision) and advanced Excel skills.</li>
<li>Advanced English language skills in both written and verbal communication.</li>
<li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li>
