Job Title: Property Consultant &ndash; Real EstateLocation: Dubai, UAE Job Type: Full-time Compensation:<ul><li>Base Salary + Commission</li><li>Visa Sponsorship &amp; Health Insurance</li><li>Additional Incentives: Performance bonuses, transportation allowance, and mobile allowance</li></ul>Job Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Property Consultant to join our real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and/or commercial properties while providing exceptional customer service. This role requires excellent market knowledge, negotiation skills, and a strong drive to close deals successfully.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties</li><li>Guide sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing properties under the best possible terms</li><li>Assess clients&rsquo; needs and financial status to recommend suitable options</li><li>Conduct property tours, inspections, and open houses</li><li>Build and maintain a strong network of listings and leads</li><li>Draft and review contracts and agreements (e.g., purchase, lease)</li><li>Stay up to date on property market trends, legal requirements, and financing options</li><li>Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers</li><li>Provide excellent after-sales service and client follow-up</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Strong knowledge of Dubai&rsquo;s real estate laws and market dynamics</li><li>Fresher to Real estate can also be considered</li><li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills</li><li>Highly motivated, target-driven, and professional</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients</li><li>Proficiency with CRM systems and online property platforms (e.g., Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle)</li><li>Multilingual abilities are a plus (English is mandatory, Hindi, Urdu or Arabic)</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>High school or equivalent (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English, Hindi, or Arabic (Preferred)</li></ul>
