Ziehler Lawn Care is expanding and looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to help grow our brand and reach more homeowners across Ohio. In this role, you&rsquo;ll manage campaigns, create engaging content and measuring performance to drive awareness, leads, and customer engagement.

What You&rsquo;ll Do
As the Marketing Specialist, you&rsquo;ll support day-to-day marketing activities and contribute to the success of our multi-channel marketing efforts:<ul><li>
Execute and track digital and traditional marketing campaigns across social media, email, paid search, direct mail and more.</li><li>
Develop creative content including graphics, videos and promotional materials that bring the Ziehler brand to life.</li><li>
Leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI), AI Engine Optimization (AEO), and other digital innovations to enhance content creation, audience targeting, and campaign performance.</li><li>
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data and provide insights to improve results.</li><li>
Manage vendor relationships for advertising, promotions and media partnerships.</li><li>
Collaborate with the Marketing Leader on planning, budgeting and strategy to align with company goals.</li><li>
Support public relations, community engagement and local partnership initiatives.</li><li>
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.</li></ul>
Requirements:

What You Need<ul><li>
3+ years of experience in marketing coordination, campaign execution, or related roles</li><li>
High school diploma; post-secondary education a plus.</li><li>
Proficiency in digital marketing platforms including Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and automation tools.</li><li>
Strong understanding of SEO, analytics, and website content management.</li><li>
Basic design and creative development capabilities.</li><li>
Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.</li><li>
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.</li><li>
Must be 18 years or older and able to pass a background check.</li></ul>
Physical Requirements &amp; Working Conditions<ul><li>
Work on-site in Centerville, OH.</li><li>
Flexibility to attend off-site training, collect content in the field, or attend company events.</li><li>
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and using standard office equipment.</li></ul></div>
