Job Description: Social Media ExecutiveWe are a 360-degree digital marketing agency managing brands across fashion, wellness, jewelry, lifestyle, and more. We specialize in social media management, performance marketing, website development, UGC, and WhatsApp marketing.We&rsquo;re looking for a Social Media Executive who can strategize, manage, and grow brand presence across social media platforms. If you have a passion for content, trends, and engagement, this role is for you!Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Social Media Management: Oversee and manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube accounts for various brands.</li><li>Content Planning: Develop and maintain content calendars aligned with brand goals and campaigns.</li><li>Engagement &amp; Community Building: Respond to comments, DMs, and interact with followers to build an active and engaged community.</li><li>Content Execution: Work closely with designers, videographers, and content creators to execute posts, reels, carousels, and stories.</li><li>Analytics &amp; Reporting: Track and analyze social media performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, conversions) and optimize strategy accordingly.</li><li>Trendspotting: Stay updated on trends, hashtags, viral content, and platform updates to ensure brands stay relevant.</li><li>Ad Coordination: Collaborate with the performance marketing team to execute paid social media campaigns.</li><li>Influencer &amp; UGC Collaboration: Identify and coordinate with influencers and UGC creators for brand promotions.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Experience: 1+ years in social media management, preferably in a digital marketing agency or brand role.</li><li>Platform Knowledge: Deep understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube.</li><li>Content Strategy: Ability to develop brand-specific social media strategies.</li><li>Creative &amp; Analytical Thinking: Balance between creativity (content ideas, captions, engagement) and analytics (tracking KPIs, optimizing content).</li><li>Tools Expertise: Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, Canva, CapCut, or scheduling tools like Hootsuite/Later.</li><li>Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Team Player: Ability to work closely with content creators, designers, editors, and paid media teams.</li></ul>Why Join Us?<ul><li>Work with Multiple Brands: Exposure to different industries and audiences.</li><li>Creative Freedom: Bring your ideas to life with engaging content.</li><li>Career Growth: Opportunity to learn, experiment, and advance in a fast-paced agency environment.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹10,458.83 - ₹30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
