We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our finance team.Job Summary: The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a thorough understanding of accounting principles, with a keen interest in the cosmetics industry.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.</li><li>Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports.</li><li>Perform monthly reconciliations and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.</li><li>Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.</li><li>Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in tax filings.</li><li>Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions.</li><li>Collaborate with other departments to support financial planning and reporting.</li><li>Assist in the annual audit process and liaise with external auditors.</li><li>Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience as an Accountant, preferably in the cosmetics or retail industry.</li><li>Strong understanding of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks etc).</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel and financial modelling.</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive salary and benefits package.</li><li>Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.</li><li>A dynamic and supportive work environment.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Wapda Town: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
