Job Summary</b></div><div>
This is an on-site positon in Palm Beach Gardens, FL.<b> </b>Responsible for leading the inside sales team to exceed sales targets while providing on-going professional development.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Principal Duties and Responsibilities</b></div><ul><li>
Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of inside sales team.</li><li>
Recruit, hire, train, evaluate and provide ongoing coaching to the inside sales representatives.</li><li>
Monitor inside sales representative performance. Set and track sales targets along with KPIs.</li><li>
Collaborate with commercial sales leaders and marketing team to formulate strategies that are in line with the goals of the organization.</li><li>
Continually evaluate sales practices and procedures to determine whether they are effective in exceeding sales goals.</li><li>
Utilize customer feedback to generate ideas about new promotions or products.</li><li>
Manage utilization of existing sales tools including Salesforce, SalesLoft and Tableau.</li><li>
Ensure sales, financial, compliance and legal policies are followed.</li></ul><div></div><div><br>

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite programs and Customer Relationship Management software.</li><li>
General knowledge of medical device business including science and products (ZimVie and competitors).</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Education/ Experience Requirements</b></div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s in marketing, sales, or similar discipline with 5+ years of sales management experience in healthcare. Will consider other commensurate education and experience.</li><li>
Experience working with traditional marketing concepts, marketing strategies, product promotion, market analysis, and forecasting.</li><li>
Multi-lingual candidates preferred, especially English and Spanish</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Travel Requirements</b></div><div>
 Up to 10%</div><p></p><p><br>
