You&rsquo;ll play a key role in creating positive patient experiences while supporting the dentist and hygienists in delivering excellent care.Why You&rsquo;ll Love Working Here<ul><li>Consistent, balanced schedule (alternating 3- and 4-day weeks)</li><li>Clinical hours: Tues/Thurs 8&ndash;5 and Mon/Wed 10&ndash;7</li><li>One reduced-hour week each month for extra personal time</li><li>Supportive, team-oriented environment where your work matters</li><li>Opportunities for growth, training, and certifications</li></ul>What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Welcome and prepare patients for treatment, ensuring comfort</li><li>Assist with x-rays, coronal polishing, and 4-handed dentistry</li><li>Sterilize instruments and keep treatment rooms clean and stocked</li><li>Provide post-treatment instructions and patient education</li><li>Manage supplies, ordering, and accurate patient records</li><li>Help with scheduling, payments, and phone calls as needed</li><li>Treat facial esthetics using EmFace and Exion</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Dental assisting experience (school or certification preferred)</li><li>Knowledge of dental instruments, sterilization, and chairside assisting</li><li>Ability to perform coronal polishing (phlebotomy a plus)</li><li>Strong communication, organizational skills, and a patient-first attitude</li><li>Computer proficiency and attention to detail</li></ul>Bonus: EFDA certification or phlebotomy trainingReady to bring your skills, positivity, and compassion to a team that values both patients and staff?
