We are looking for an enthusiastic Office Administrator to join our team in a part-time capacity. This position is responsible for front office activities including greeting patients, answering phones and scheduling patients. This position will work closely with the team to facilitate and enforce efficient and effective office procedures.This position will start at approximately 20-25 hrs a week. Schedule is Monday, Wednesday and Friday afternoons and Saturday mornings. Opportunity to expand to more hours.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS<ul><li>Welcome, greet and guide visitors in the office</li><li>Manage scheduling of patients</li><li>Answer incoming calls and assist with callers&rsquo; inquiries and scheduling</li><li>Order office supplies and tracks inventory needs</li><li>Supervise the maintenance of office equipment</li><li>Organize and clean front office spaces</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul>SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES<ul><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Exceptional Customer Service</li><li>Strong ability to multi-task</li><li>Ability to work with confidential information</li><li>Enjoy working in a fast paced and changing environment</li><li>Computer literacy, specifically Microsoft products</li><li>Attention to detail and high level of accuracy</li><li>The ability to prioritize their day to maximize the effectiveness of the team members that they support</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: From $19.00 per hourExpected hours: 25 per weekAbility to Commute:<ul><li>Tacoma, WA 98418 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
