WHO YOU ARE:

Software Quality Analysts (SQAs) contribute to client projects by independently running multiple projects, testing multiple applications with minimal supervision, conducting defect management, providing project estimates, and being externally facing. SQAs complete testing of software applications to ensure a quality product is delivered to internal and external clients.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
<ul>
<li>Develop test approaches and test plans to test application enhancements and changes against documented business requirements, in a manner which results in a high quality solution meeting the functional and non-functional requirements of the end user.</li>
<li>Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities</li>
<li>Execute and document test approach, test cases, RTMs and scenarios</li>
<li>Work closely with designers, developers, and business SMEs to effectively assure delivery of a quality project</li>
<li>Support continuous improvement of team quality management practices, such as defect management, integration testing, and testing automation</li>
<li>Drive automation strategy, design for testability and code coverage</li>
<li>Must be self-motivated and able to work both independently and in conjunction with team members and business units.</li>
<li>Enthusiasm and flexibility to work on a variety of test projects</li>

<div>WHAT YOU'LL NEED: 
<ul><li>5 to 8 years of experience, Solid knowledge of SDLC, Defect Life cycle</li><li>Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes</li><li>Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases</li><li>Hands on experience in tools like Adobe Acrobat PDF forms tagging/editing, XML SPY, MS Office, POSTMAN, SOAP UI, Experience with automated testing will be an added advantage</li><li>Familiarity with SDLC, Defect Life Cycle and methodologies like Agile, Scrum or Waterfall.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups of individual (clients, colleagues, subject matter experts), self-starter</li><li>Hands on experience in Project management tools like JIRA, Redmine etc</li><li>Diploma in Software Testing would be an advantage.</li></ul>
BONUS POINTS: 
<ul><li>Good to have working experience on enterprise-level applications/products.</li><li>Knowledge of Life and Annuity insurance products, insurance application package, business rules and Information Technology Services systems and capabilities.</li><li>Any certifications relevant to both BA and QA like CBAP, ISTQB etc. would be an added advantage</li></ul></div>

 Who You Are
 
 
 
 The Senior Product Manager leads the Product Life Cycle and strongly contributes to the research &amp; development activities related to the design and development of our products and qualification or re-qualification of new and existing products. The individual will work with Zinnia&rsquo;s Product Organization to ensure alignment with organization&rsquo;s strategy and vision.
 
 
 
 What You&rsquo;ll Do
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Lead &amp; contribute into the execution of product lifecycle processes for our Insurtech products/platforms, work with cross-functional teams to ensure fulfilment of product requirements, evaluates product performance and transition products from development to commercialization.

 Lead technical discussions with Engineering teams &amp; thoroughly manage technical/business requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assists in determining product delivery and deployment dates for new product releases, feature and maintenance releases and regular corrective service or service pack releases.
 </li>
 <li>
 Mentor/Drive a team of Product Managers while acting as a technical consultant to the product organization and leads research, and prototyping of innovative technologies and products.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensures the technology and architectural roadmap of engineering is properly aligned with and supports the product/business road map.
 </li>
 <li>
 Acts as a customer liaison on technical issues related to product integration, custom development and requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 May lead major releases and ensure feature enhancements respond to customer requests.
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible for product delivery managing schedules and tasks related to all aspects of product development.

 </ul>
 
 What You&rsquo;ll Need

 8+ years of experience into Product Management, including analyzing software/product design, development, and deployment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s/Master's or equivalent Degree in technology or related field
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong Background of working as a Technical Product Manager or Business Analyst/Product Analyst in an enterprise environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on understanding of API Integration, SQL, Data Analysis etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of SDLC &amp; technology system interfaces, data integration, networks, and operating systems
 </li>
 <li>
 Coaching &amp; mentoring a team of Product Managers or Product Owners
 </li>
 <li>
 An SME who performs work with a high degree of latitude; handles the most complex issues.
 </li>
 <li>
 Possess strong Communication skills, Problem-solving &amp; Analytical thinking skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Can lead individual assignments &amp; deliver with strong expertise
 </li>
 <li>
 Expert level experience in delivery methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and the use of relevant tools
 </li>
 <li>
