We're scaling fast, and we&rsquo;re on a mission to become the Hardscape Heroes of America.Who You Are:Before you apply, ask yourself:<ul><li>Are you confident and comfortable on camera or in conversation?</li><li>Do you have a record of winning &mdash; in sports, business, or life?</li><li>Are you quick to learn and able to follow proven systems?</li><li>Can you commit scripts to memory and still keep it authentic?</li><li>Do you enjoy working independently and being on the move?</li><li>Are you tech-savvy and good with numbers?</li><li>Do you like driving (we pay mileage)?</li><li>Are you available 3&ndash;4 evenings a week and every Saturday?</li><li>Do you live in the DFW area?</li></ul>If you're nodding your head &mdash; we want to hear from you.What You&rsquo;ll Do:<ul><li>Meet with homeowners at pre-set appointments &mdash; no cold calls, no door knocking.</li><li>Help clients visualize their dream outdoor spaces.</li><li>Educate, guide, and create a sense of urgency.</li><li>Make real connections &mdash; treat every homeowner like family.</li><li>Work evenings and Saturdays (Sundays off).</li><li>Travel throughout DFW &mdash; you're always home at night.</li></ul>What You Bring:<ul><li>Experience in sales, customer service, or a fast-paced people-facing role.</li><li>Excellent communication and people skills.</li><li>Coachability, confidence, and emotional intelligence.</li><li>A valid driver&rsquo;s license and reliable transportation.</li><li>Physical ability to move and stay active &mdash; this isn&rsquo;t a desk job.</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Perks<ul><li>OK sales reps: $70K&ndash;$85K</li><li>Good sales reps: $85K&ndash;$100K</li><li>Zion Superstars: $200K+</li></ul>Targeted start date January 2026Temporary base salary during training Mileage reimbursement Health, dental, vision, and life insurance Flexible schedule Career growth &amp; professional developmentReady to Join the Adventure?Apply now!
