<div>The Senior Manager, Technology Programs leads the delivery of large-scale enterprise IT initiatives within a fast‑paced telecommunications environment. This role oversees a team of Project Managers responsible for executing complex projects across enterprise applications, platforms, infrastructure, and system integrations.</div><div><br>

</div><div>As a key technology leader, the Senior Manager ensures initiatives are governed effectively, aligned with technical and business strategies, and executed with strong delivery discipline. <ul><li> Lead, coach, and develop a team of Project Managers delivering enterprise technology initiatives.</li></ul><br>
<ul><li> Set performance expectations and ensure consistent execution standards.</li></ul><br>
<ul><li> Support professional development, workload balancing, and team capacity planning.</li></ul><br>

</div><div><b>Program &amp; Delivery Management</b></div><br>
<ul><li> Oversee a portfolio of 70&ndash;100 enterprise technology projects.</li></ul><br>
<ul><li> Lead delivery of complex initiatives including application modernization, platform upgrades, infrastructure programs, and system integrations.</li></ul><br>
<ul><li> Ensure project plans clearly define scope, milestones, dependencies, and delivery sequencing.</li></ul><br>
<ul><li> Drive execution across multiple concurrent workstreams with complex technical dependencies.</li></ul><div><br>
<br>
</div><div><b>Cross-Functional Orchestration</b></div><br>
<ul><li> Partner with IT, engineering, infrastructure, network, security, operations, and vendor teams.</li></ul><br>
<ul><li> Act as an escalation point for delivery risks, dependencies, and execution challenges.</li></ul><br>
<ul><li> Ensure alignment between technical delivery, architectural standards, and operational readiness.</li></ul><div><br>

</div><div><b>Governance &amp; Milestone Tracking</b></div><br>
<ul><li> Establish and enforce project management standards and delivery governance.</li></ul><br>
<ul><li> Ensure accurate tracking of milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.</li></ul><br>
<ul><li> Provide clear visibility into project health, timelines, and risks to leadership.</li></ul><br>
<ul><li> Support release planning, deployment coordination, and go-live readiness.</li></ul><div><br>
<br>
</div><div><b>Risk Mitigation &amp; Technical Readiness</b></div><br>
<ul><li> Identify and manage delivery risks across technical, operational, and resource domains.</li></ul><br>
<ul><li> Ensure mitigation and contingency plans are in place for high-impact initiatives.</li></ul><br>
<ul><li> Oversee environment readiness, cutover planning, and post-implementation stabilization.</li></ul><br>
<ul><li> Ensure non-functional requirements such as performance, security, and availability are addressed.</li></ul><div><br>
<br>
</div><div><b>Financial Stewardship</b></div><br>
<ul><li> Support budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning across the portfolio.</li></ul><br>
<ul><li> Monitor delivery performance against financial and staffing plans.</li></ul><br>
<ul><li> Support vendor oversight and delivery accountability.</li></ul><div><br>

</div><div><b>Stakeholder Management</b></div><br>
<ul><li> Serve as a key point of contact between technology teams, business stakeholders, and leadership</li></ul><br>
<ul><li> Communicate delivery status, risks, and dependencies clearly and consistently</li></ul><br>
<ul><li> Translate technical concepts into actionable business insights</li></ul><div><br>
<br>
</div><div><b>Other Duties</b></div><br>
<ul><li> Performs other duties as required to support the business and evolving organization.</li></ul><div><b><br>
</b><br>
</div><div><b>Required Qualifications:</b></div><br>
<ul><li>High school diploma or GED.<br>
</li>
<li>Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in enterprise IT, telecommunications, or technology project management.<br>
</li>
<li>Minimum of five (5) years of experience leading, coaching, or mentoring project managers or technical professionals.<br>
</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience managing complex programs involving multiple teams, dependencies, and stakeholders.<br>
</li>
<li>Ability to bring structure, clarity, and execution discipline to ambiguous or highly technical initiatives.<br>
</li>
<li>Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.<br>
</li>
<li>Proven ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, highly integrated environment.<br>
</li>
<li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.<br>
</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in fast-paced, changing environments.<br>
</li>
<li>Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization capabilities.</li></ul><br>

<div><b>Preferred Qualifications:</b></div><br>
<ul><li>Experience with network modernization or large infrastructure programs.<br>
</li>
<li>Strong understanding of enterprise systems, application delivery, infrastructure, and network platforms.<br>
</li>
<li>Solid understanding of the software delivery lifecycle and enterprise technology operations.<br>
</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, and Confluence.</li></ul><br>
