 Job Summary:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Sales Manager to lead and expand the commercial success of Thales products and solutions across targeted verticals such as defence, aerospace, cybersecurity, digital identity, transportation, and public safety. The role involves managing existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and aligning with Thales&rsquo; global strategy to drive growth in the region.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Strategy &amp; Planning
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and execute business unit strategy aligned with Thales product portfolio and local market needs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Define go-to-market plans for Thales verticals (e.g., digital identity, avionics, defense systems).
 </li>
 <li>
 Sales &amp; Business Development
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive new business opportunities with government agencies, telecom providers, transportation authorities, defense organizations, etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead RFP/RFQ responses in collaboration with Thales teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Grow revenue and market share for Thales products and services.
 </li>
 <li>
 Account Management
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts and manage long-term partnerships.
 </li>
 <li>
 Partnership &amp; Stakeholder Engagement
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with Thales global business lines, engineering, and support teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop partnerships with local resellers, integrators, and technology partners.
 </li>
 <li>
 Product &amp; Market Expertise
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain strong knowledge of Thales products (e.g., Gemalto, Secure Communications, avionics, radar systems, ticketing systems, etc.).
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor competitive landscape and provide insights for product adaptation and innovation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Reporting &amp; Financial Management
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop business unit forecasts, budgets, and KPIs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Report regularly to regional leadership on performance, pipeline, and risks.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 5+ years in sales, business development, or product management (preferably with experience in Thales-related domains).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of at least one Thales vertical: cybersecurity, aerospace, transportation, or digital identity.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working with government or defence sectors is a strong plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluent in English (Arabic or French is a plus)
 </li>

 Role Overview:
 
 
 
 We are seeking an experienced Project Head to lead high-value interior fit-out and contracting projects in Oman. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of projects, from initial planning to final handover, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget targets are met.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Oversee and manage large-scale interior fit-out and turnkey contracting projects across various sectors (hospitality, commercial, residential, retail).
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead project planning, resource allocation, procurement coordination, and execution phases.
 </li>
 <li>
 Liaise with clients, consultants, architects, and subcontractors to ensure seamless communication and alignment of objectives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor project progress and performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards across all project sites.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage project budgets, costs, and billing cycles.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead, mentor, and manage a team of project managers, engineers, and site personnel.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and present periodic project status reports to senior management.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Required Qualifications &amp; Skills:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (Master&rsquo;s degree preferred).
 </li>
 <li>
 15+ years of experience in managing interior fit-out or turnkey construction projects, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven track record of delivering high-end projects in the Middle East (experience in Oman is a strong advantage).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of construction processes, MEP integration, and interior finishes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 PMP or equivalent project management certification is desirable.
 </li>
