<div>A Field HR Business Partner supports all aspects of human resources for a group of multiple locations within regions, focusing on recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, benefits support, compliance, and training, acting as a key link between local management and employees to align HR strategy with business goals and foster a positive culture.<br>

This position can be based in GA, IL, NC, SC, TN or TX.</div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Responsibilities</b></h2>
<div>The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:<br>
<ul><li><b>
Employee Relations:</b> Act as the primary point of contact for resolving conflicts, investigating grievances, and providing coaching to both managers and employees at their assigned sites.</li><li><b>
Performance Management:</b> Oversees performance reviews, develops improvement plans, and supports managers in giving constructive feedback.</li><li><b>
Compensation &amp; Benefits:</b> Support, review and maintain local compensation, benefits programs, and payroll processes, ensuring fairness and compliance.</li><li><b>
Training &amp; Development</b>: Coordinates and delivers training programs for staff and managers on policies, compliance, and skill development.</li><li><b>
Policy &amp; Compliance:</b>. Ensures that the specific field operations adhere to federal, state and local employment regulations. Work with Workforce Commission, EEOC, Unemployment Claims to resolve disputes.</li><li><b>
Culture &amp; Engagement</b>: Develops initiatives to enhance employee engagement, morale, retention, and a positive workplace culture.</li><li><b>
Strategic Alignment</b>: Works with senior leadership to align local HR initiatives with overall company goals and organizational development.</li><li><b>
HR Administration</b>: Maintains accurate HR records, manages HR data, and prepares reports</li><li><b>
Recruitment &amp; Staffing</b>: Support leaders staff site locations using the Talentcare Software system, troubleshooting hard to fill markets including identifying local talent, conducting interviews, and ensuring a high-quality onboarding experience for new hires.</li></ul><b>

Communication: Ability to connect with people at all levels, from entry-level field workers to senior executives.</li><li>
Problem Solving: Highly tactical approach to resolving immediate workplace hurdles and staffing challenges.</li><li>
Leadership &amp; Empathy: Strong interpersonal skills to manage sensitive situations and foster a positive culture in varied work environments.</li><li>
Conflict Resolution: Proficiency in mediation and handling disciplinary actions fairly and consistently.</li><li>
Preferred bachelor's degree and relevant industry experience, but other job-related education and/or experience may be substituted for all or part of these requirements.</li><li>
5 years of HR experience, in a field or manufacturing environment professional certifications such as SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR are preferred</li><li>
Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance</li></ul>
Travel between multiple regions and sites to maintain a physical presence and support local teams.<br>

The Specialist, Communications and Engagement Content, plays a key role in delivering clear, consistent, and engaging communication for ZIPS Car Wash team members. This individual is responsible for developing branded internal communications, managing company documents, and ensuring Field and support teams have access to accurate, well-organized resources that support company operations.</div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Responsibilities</b></h2>
<div>Internal Communications<br>
<ul><li>Own the creation and evolution of the company&rsquo;s weekly newsletter, ensuring content is clear, timely, and actionable for Field and support teams</li><li>Partner with cross-functional leaders to gather updates and information to be communicated to team members</li><li>Select the appropriate communications channels to use based on the audience and message</li></ul><br>
Content Development<br>
<ul><li>Serve as the primary owner of enterprise document creation, delivering clear, branded, and execution-focused materials that support operational priorities</li><li>Develop a wide range of document types, including playbooks, presentations, memos, emails, executive summaries, job descriptions, and more</li><li>Ensure all documents conform to the internal communications style guide</li></ul><br>
Document Management and Infrastructure<br>
<ul><li>Lead the company&rsquo;s document management strategy, including building and maintaining organized storage infrastructure</li><li>Develop and follow conventions for document naming and categorization</li><li>Manage document access permissions to ensure proper access and version control</li></ul><br>
Document Governance and Continuous Improvement<br>
<ul><li>Audit, review, and update existing documents to maintain accuracy, relevance, and alignment with current processes and strategic initiatives</li><li>Identify gaps in documentation and proactively develop new content to support operational needs</li><li>Partner with stakeholders across departments to improve documentation quality and consistency</li></ul></div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Skills &amp; Qualifications</b></h2>
<div>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS<br>
<ul><li>1+ years of experience in communications; experience in retail communications a plus</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in English, business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience</li><li>Able to sit for long periods</li></ul><br>
