Position: Sourcing Manager &ndash; Home Textiles Company: Ziyan Textiles Location: On-site, 3.5 km Defense Road, Lahore Working Hours: Monday&ndash;Saturday, 9:00 AM &ndash; 5:00 PM Salary: Competitive, based on experienceRole Overview: Lead sourcing strategy and supplier management for home textile products including bedding, towel, curtain, yarn and fabric. Work cross-functionally to ensure high-quality product launches while optimizing cost and operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:&middot; Develop and execute sourcing strategies for home textile categories.&middot; Identify, evaluate, onboard, and manage local suppliers and manufacturing partners.&middot; Collaborate with Product, Supply Chain, Quality, and Compliance teams.&middot; Drive cost reduction, efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives.&middot; Analyze supplier capabilities and the textile manufacturing landscape.Requirements &amp; Skills:&middot; Strong knowledge of materials: cotton, polyester, blends, microfiber, bamboo, etc.&middot; Understanding of textile metrics: thread count, shrinkage, color fastness.&middot; Familiarity with textile manufacturing processes: spinning, weaving/knitting, dyeing, finishing.&middot; Proven negotiation skills and cost leadership.&middot; Data-driven, customer-focused decision-making.Qualifications:&middot; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or related discipline.&middot; 3+ years in sourcing, procurement, vendor management, or supply chain roles.&middot; Experience with global and local supplier networks, supplier audits, quality protocols, and compliance standards.How to Apply:&middot; Email: hr@ziyantextiles.com&middot; WhatsApp: +92 312 5346647&middot; Mention &ldquo;Sourcing Manager &ndash; Home Textiles (Amazon)&rdquo; in the subject line.Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
