We are looking for someone sharp, proactive, and experienced in the flowers &amp; gifts industry &mdash; not someone who needs to be trained from scratch.Key Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in the flowers &amp; gifts industry (mandatory &mdash; do not apply if you lack experience)</li><li>Familiarity with B2B e-commerce platforms (Careem, Noon, Deliveroo, InstaShop, Flowwow)</li><li>Strong knowledge of fresh flowers, plants, and gifts trading</li><li>Expertise in catalog management, pricing, and driving online sales</li><li>Must consistently meet and exceed sales targets</li><li>Skilled in daily stock checking, order counting, and preparing performance reports using Excel/Word or similar tools</li><li>Ability to ensure on-time deliveries and maintain quality standards</li></ul>Compensation &amp; GrowthBase Salary: AED 4,000 Commission-Based Earnings &ndash; top performers can reach up to AED 8,000/month or more.If you are not confident in achieving sales targets every month, this role is not for you. Accountant &ndash; Multi-Company | Dubai | Full-TimeWe are hiring a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to manage the finances of our group of companies (including Zlowers Gifts Trading LLC and our delivery services business).We are looking for someone sharp, reliable, and proactive &mdash; not someone who only waits for instructions. You will be responsible for keeping our accounts 100% accurate, ensuring compliance, and providing management with clear financial reports and advice.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Full accounting for multiple companies (general ledger, AR/AP, bank reconciliation)</li><li>Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports</li><li>Manage VAT filing, tax compliance, and submissions on time</li><li>Handle payroll, gratuity, and employee settlements</li><li>Maintain proper documentation for audits and government inspections</li><li>Work closely with management to control expenses, improve profitability, and forecast cash flow</li><li>Coordinate with external auditors, suppliers, and government portals (MOHRE, FTA, etc.)</li><li>Implement internal controls to prevent mistakes, fraud, and financial risks</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven UAE accounting experience (minimum 3&ndash;5 years)</li><li>Strong knowledge of VAT, UAE tax regulations, and compliance</li><li>Proficiency with accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or similar)</li><li>Excellent Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, reporting)</li><li>Strong communication skills (English required, Arabic/Russian is a plus)</li><li>Must be based in Dubai and available for full-time work</li></ul>CompensationCompetitive salary based on experience + performance-based growth opportunities.Only serious, detail-oriented candidates with proven UAE experience will be considered.Job Type: Full-timePay: From AED4,000.00 per month
