This key leadership role is responsible for overseeing and optimizing clinical operations across ZMT clinics in Karachi. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a commitment to quality healthcare delivery, and the ability to effectively manage medical teams and clinical resources.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Conduct regular clinic visits to monitor performance, ensure quality standards, and provide support to clinical staff.</li><li>Identify operational, clinical, and quality gaps, and implement corrective actions in line with organizational policies.</li><li>Supervise day-to-day clinical operations, including scheduling, deployment, and performance management of Medical Officers.</li><li>Review and analyze clinical and operational data to enhance service delivery and patient outcomes.</li><li>Develop, implement, and enforce clinical policies and standard operating procedures in compliance with healthcare regulations.</li><li>Ensure adherence to PMDC requirements and other relevant regulatory and ethical standards.</li><li>Collaborate with senior management on strategic planning and execution of clinical initiatives.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>MBBS degree (mandatory)</li><li>Master&rsquo;s degree in Healthcare Management, Public Health, or a related field (preferred)</li><li>Minimum of 2&ndash;3 years of experience in clinical operations, hospital administration, or healthcare management</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Proven leadership and team management abilities</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and healthcare data management tools</li><li>High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical judgment</li><li>Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills</li><li>Willingness to travel extensively across Karachi</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Which area are you currently residing?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
