Job Title: Operation &amp; Maintenance Engineer/Executive &ndash; Solar IndustryResponsibilities:<ul><li>Monitor and maintain solar power plants to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency.</li><li>Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of solar modules, inverters, transformers, and associated equipment.</li><li>Perform regular inspections, fault diagnosis, and troubleshooting of system issues.</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.</li><li>Maintain performance records, generation reports, and maintenance logs.</li><li>Coordinate with contractors/vendors for timely resolution of technical issues.</li><li>Optimize plant performance through analysis of SCADA and monitoring systems.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering (preferred).</li><li>2&ndash;4 years of experience in Solar O&amp;M.</li><li>Knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, transformers, and HT/LT equipment.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to work in field conditions with a safety-first mindset.</li></ul>Location: [Ahmedabad] Employment Type: Full-timeJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;200,000.00 - &#8377;500,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Solaris: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
