Zoetis Global Medical Affairs (GMA) &ndash; US Companion Animal (CA) Medical Portfolio Support team is composed of a group of talented therapeutic medical experts who partner with marketing brand managers to develop strategies for the brands they support, lead medical strategies, data generation plans and educational projects, and are the medical experts in developing educational and advertising/promotional content for the Companion Animal line of innovative new and marketed products/services. This role is highly collaborative, working in a matrixed environment with numerous internal and external stakeholders, while leading a team focused on our dermatology therapeutic area. Working in close alignment with US marketing and key GMA functions, this role designs and delivers a strong US dermatology medical strategy that integrates with and contributes to the broader global medical strategy.
Position Responsibilities
 
Medical Portfolio Strategy and Cross-Functional Leadership
<ul><li>Proactively work with brand marketing and medical team members on medical insights and messaging that inform strategic development and implementation of brand marketing plans and product responses to competitors for both on-market and future innovative product launches.
</li><li>Serve as a member of the Global Dermatology Steering Committee, contributing to globally aligned dermatology medical strategy and ensuring US priorities and insights are represented at the global level.
</li><li>Lead / co-lead the US Dermatology Therapeutic Focus Group, bringing together veterinary colleagues to advance scientific and medical alignment across the portfolio.
</li><li>Work in close partnership with the broader GMA team, including Medical Portfolio Support colleagues across therapeutic areas, Medical Education, KOL and Strategic Partnerships, and Clinical Research, to ensure coordinated and non-duplicative medical strategy delivery.

Travel Requirements

Associate Director (Dermatology), US Medical Portfolio Support – GMA

<div>POSITION SUMMARY 
 
This position reports to the Quality Operations Lead. The Quality Control (QC) Lab Technician supports the facility's animal food safety, quality, and current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) programs through routine monitoring, documentation review, and execution of daily laboratory activities. 
 
The role combines a strong on-floor presence -observing operations, addressing Quality questions, and reinforcing compliance -with hands-on laboratory work, including internal testing and coordinating sample submission to third-party labs. The QC Lab Technician collects, processes, and tests samples from raw materials (RAW), work-in-process (WIP), and finished products to help ensure products meet internal specifications and applicable FDA requirements for animal food manufacturing, including cGMPs.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
 
<ul><li>Internal lab testing that includes Microbiological plating, Water Activity (aW), FTIR, Loss on Drying and other daily lab tasks.
</li><li>Monitors and verifies documentation practices during production, including batch record completion, data integrity, and lot code accuracy; corrects errors in real time, and signs as Quality Reviewer.

The Cyber Risk Analyst is responsible for overseeing the organization&rsquo;s vulnerability management program, focusing on IT infrastructure, endpoints, networks, and cloud environments. Summary:
The Quality Liaison is responsible for driving Non-Conforming Event (NCE) management and conformance to ZRL Quality checklists and policies for their location, as well as providing coordination for local Document Control. The primary focus is on investigating NCEs and Opportunities for Improvement (OFIs), developing and implementing Corrective/Preventative Actions (CAPAs), and supporting the quality team in driving continuous improvement. Job Duties:
