 HR Project Intern

 What do we expect from you?
 
 
 
 As a Long-Term HR Project Intern, you will have the opportunity to contribute to a variety of projects and transactions within our dynamic HR department. Your main responsibilities will include:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Supporting the team in new and ongoing HR projects and processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Providing comprehensive administrative support to the HR department, including management of personnel data and records, payroll administration, report generation, contract preparation, collecting signatures, filing documents, and maintaining up-to-date job descriptions and HR policies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conducting headcount reporting and HR accrual calculations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Updating internal databases with new employee information and job changes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Taking an active role in internal HR activities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborating with HR Business Partners to assist the local team, address inquiries, and provide support.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assisting in the entire recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to conducting reference checks and supporting onboarding and orientation processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participating in colleague communities and supporting team members in developing well-being, talent and inclusion, and social responsibility projects.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should possess:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Current enrollment as a 1st-year student in a Post-Graduate Degree program, or a 2nd/3rd-year student in a Graduate Degree program.
 </li>
 <li>
 Availability to work a minimum of 3 days per week during the academic year and full-time during the summer period.
 </li>
 <li>
 Good command of written and spoken English.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in MS Office applications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong self-motivation, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.
 </li>
 <li>
 Self-discipline and a proactive approach to taking initiative.
 </li>
 <li>
 Willingness to learn and develop within a corporate environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Previous internship experience in Human Resources and a genuine interest in pursuing a career in this field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software is a plus.
