We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced <b>outsourced Pharma Launch Project Coordinator</b> to oversee the planning, execution, and successful launch of new products. This is a <b>temporary, project-based position for a duration of 9 months</b>, ideal for professionals with strong project management experience in the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams and managing timelines and ensuring compliance with the company SOPs. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent project management skills and a high time management skills.</p>

  The Product Manager role owns the marketing strategy for a defined group of animal health products. He/She will be responsible for the development and implementation of the marketing information and activities that the field force will deliver to the customer.
 </p>

  The marketing strategies they develop are designed to deliver appropriate impact, product positioning, market growth, and profitability. The activities they undertake support the wider Zoetis marketing strategy and the company wide direction for each product or service.

  The person in this role is required to develop collaborative and productive partnerships with colleagues in respective business units. They work closely with these field force colleagues to deliver maximum impact with every product campaign. They work alongside other marketing colleagues to generate holistic campaigns that utilize all possible streams including digital tools and social media.

   Responsibilities:

 <ul>
  <li>
   Lead the development of annual strategic marketing plans for core products.
  </li>
  <li>
   Work with field force to ensure alignment of marketing programs to the Business Unit marketing strategy, sales activities and account plans
  </li>
  <li>
   Develop, review and revise sales forecasting and inventory management. Conduct respective monthly reports &amp; meetings.
  </li>
  <li>
   Determine the appropriate pricing structure together with Business Unit and Commercial Operations leaders to maximize sales and profitability.
  </li>
  <li>
   Maintain expertise with the evolving portfolio of products, services, pricing, competition, market and industry trends.
  </li>
  <li>
   Conduct regular customer visits to gain customer insights. Use this knowledge to feed into marketing plans.
  </li>
  <li>
   Develop and deliver marketing campaigns that achieve appropriate impact, product positioning, market growth and profitability.
  </li>
  <li>
   Provide support, guidance and training to sales teams to ensure that all marketing activities are well-aligned with marketing priorities and objectives for each product and campaign.

   Work closely with Veterinarians, technical teams and L&amp;D to determine training priorities and development plans for field force teams
  </li>
  <li>
   Analyze and interpret gathered data and feedback; use results of this analysis to inform commercial decision making
  </li>
  <li>
   Develop mutually beneficial and productive partnerships with product stakeholders.
  </li>
  <li>
   Engage with the internal global marketing community to enable sharing of best practice.
  </li>

   Support the Global Asset Team in development of their key product strategies.
  </li>
  <li>
   Create networks of resources within the team around each product and marketing campaign.
  </li>
  <li>
   Utilize the knowledge from colleagues and network to follow business growth opportunities.

   Seek customer centric input from sales team into marketing plans and programs
  </li>

   Contribute to the success of the business unit by sharing best practice with colleagues, proactively contributing ideas, and supporting others to do the same across the business.

   Maintain high standards of business code of conduct &amp; compliance, adhering particularly to Pharmacovigilance Policy, Global Vet Policy, Zoetis values, travel &amp; expenses policy and local codes of practice.

   Manage allocated Direct Marketing Expenditure (DME) budget with tight control to avoid overspends

   Experience in the animal health field is an asset

   A scientific background; experience or interest in science
  </li>

Zoetis has created a Data and Digital Platform (DDP) team that is driving a step change in the company&rsquo;s ability to harness data, including data generated by the expanding portfolio of Digital Products, to generate disruptive data insights for our customers and colleagues. As the world leader in animal health, Zoetis seeks to integrate Data and Analytics with its diverse portfolio of animal health products to create additional value to customers and enhance overall customer experience.<br>

Our view of analytics spans from the sensor data collection and analysis on the edge, to the delivery of data insights that help optimize and, in some cases, automate the decision-making process. You will partner with Data &amp; Analytics team, Cloud teams &amp; other Infrastructure experts to help setup, test maintain the Zoetis Data Platform where innovative digital and analytics products are developed. The team is leveraging the best-in-class data integration, analytics and techniques, and you will have the opportunity to enhance the platform with new capabilities including Generative AI and other cutting-edge technologies specific to Data &amp; Analytics. The role also demands knowledge on POSIT platform which is a leading open-source and enterprise platform for data science and analytics and its installation on Kubernetes.<br>

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES<br>

Platform Engineering: Design and develop Frameworks, POCs of new Platform capabilities to help data engineers and data scientists to build solutions on 20%<br>
POSIT Engineering: Support the end-to-end installation, configuration, and deployment of POSIT family of applications. Setup scalable architecture using Kubernetes 15%<br>
Full Stack Development: Design &amp; Develop solutions with a user interface for Platform activities. Expose APIs to share data from the Platform to other internal teams. 15%<br>
Data Engineering: Implement Data solutions working with data processing services on Microsoft Azure cloud. 15%<br>
Platform Operations: Support Data Platform Operations by resolving incidents. Lead root cause analysis and coordinate response to critical platform issues (alerts, vulnerabilities, outages, escalations). 15%<br>
Documentation &amp; SOPs: Document processes, workflows, and platform components 10%<br>
DataOps &amp; CI/CD: Integrate DevOps principles into data workflows using tools like Git and Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions. 5%<br>
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including ZTD Infrastructure, IT, business, and Information Security teams to evolve technology solutions. 5%<br>

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE<br>

<ul><li>Hands-on experience with Azure Platform &amp; its Services, Databricks</li><li>Full Stack development experience</li><li>Developing &amp; Testing APIs</li><li>Strong programming skills and experience in Java, SQL, Apache Spark, Python</li><li>Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.</li><li>Experience in Kubernetes, POSIT studio</li><li>Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques.
