Job Summary:</b></p><div><br>
We are seeking a strategic, relationship-driven Strategic Alliance Manager to lead, expand, and optimize Zoho&rsquo;s most critical partner relationships. Reporting to the Director of Strategic Growth, you will own the partnership strategy, execution, and long-term success of key alliances across the financial and business software ecosystem. You will be responsible for developing multi-year partnership roadmaps, driving joint go-to-market initiatives, supporting co-selling motions, and ensuring mutually beneficial growth between Zoho and its strategic partners. This role is ideal for a seasoned alliances professional who excels at cross-functional collaboration, commercial strategy, and building trusted executive-level relationships.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Responsibilities:</b></div><div></div><div><i><br>
Relationship Management:</i><br>

Serve as the primary strategic point of contact for assigned alliances, cultivating trusted, long-term executive and operational relationships.<br>
</div><div><i>
Partnership Strategy &amp; Planning:</i><br>
</div><div>
Develop, refine, and execute multi-year strategic partnership plans, outlining GTM motions, integration opportunities, and shared business objectives.<br>
</div><div><i>
Joint Business Planning:</i><br>
</div><div>
Create and deliver joint business plans with partners that include revenue targets, co-marketing initiatives, expansion opportunities, and measurable KPIs.<br>
</div><div><i>
Market Expansion &amp; Co-Selling:</i><br>
</div><div>
Drive partner-enabled pipeline through account mapping, co-selling programs, co-marketing campaigns, and ecosystem expansion.<br>
</div><div><i>
Performance Monitoring &amp; Reporting:</i><br>
</div><div>
Track, evaluate, and report on partnership performance metrics; deliver insights to leadership that drive optimization and growth.<br>
</div><div><i>
Cross-Functional Collaboration:</i><br>
</div><div>
Serve as the internal advocate for strategic partners, working closely with product, marketing, sales, and support to align priorities and ensure execution.<br>
</div><div><i>
Partner Enablement:</i><br>
</div><div>
Lead onboarding, training, and enablement efforts to ensure partners are equipped with the knowledge, tools, and resources needed to drive adoption and success.<br>
</div><div><i>
Opportunity Identification:</i><br>
</div><div>
Identify new commercial opportunities, solution integrations, and mutually beneficial expansion pathways within the partner ecosystem.<br>
</div><div><i>
Problem Resolution:</i><br>
</div><div>
Proactively address challenges or roadblocks affecting partner engagement, performance, or strategy execution.<br>
</div><div><i>
G</i><i>overnance &amp; Contract Management:</i><br>
</div><div>
Ensure ongoing compliance with partnership agreements; lead renewal discussions, contract alignment, and governance activities.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Qualifications:</b></div><div></div><div><br>
5+ years of experience in strategic alliances, channel partnerships, business development, or ecosystem management.<br>
</div><div>
Proven success developing, scaling, and managing high-impact partnerships with measurable outcomes.<br>
</div><div>
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and executive influencing skills.<br>
</div><div>
Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage complex partnership environments.<br>
</div><div>
Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and commercial acumen.<br>
</div><div>
Experience with co-selling, GTM planning, and SaaS-partner collaboration.<br>
</div><div>
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.<br>
</div><div>
Proficiency with CRM tools and partnership management systems; experience with contract management preferred.<br>
</div><div>
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global, collaborative environment.</div><p><b><br>
