Experience in the UAE Real Estate market is highly desirable, along with a deep understanding of consumer behavior and local trends.This role is perfect for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, knows how to combine creativity with data, and isn&rsquo;t afraid to roll up their sleeves to own the entire marketing journey from zero to launch and beyond.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and implement the full marketing strategy from the ground up, aligned with business goals.</li><li>Build and define brand identity, messaging, and tone of voice across all channels.</li><li>Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across digital (SEO, SEM, social media, email), offline, and experiential platforms.</li><li>Set up and manage digital marketing infrastructure, including website, CRM, analytics, and automation tools.</li><li>Conduct market and competitor research to identify audiences, trends, and positioning opportunities.</li><li>Lead go-to-market plans for new product launches, service rollouts, and market entries.</li><li>Create and manage content strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.</li><li>Track marketing performance, establish metrics, and provide actionable insights to improve campaigns.</li><li>Manage external vendors, freelancers, and agencies as needed to support marketing execution.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies:<ul><li>Strategic Thinking: Develop and execute long-term marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.</li><li>Digital Marketing &amp; SEO Expertise: Proficient in SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, web analytics, and performance marketing tools.</li><li>Brand Development &amp; Storytelling: Build and evolve brand identity and messaging across multiple channels.</li><li>Market Research &amp; Consumer Insight: Analyze market trends, audience behavior, and competitive landscapes.</li><li>Project &amp; Campaign Management: Manage marketing initiatives end-to-end, from planning to execution and optimization.</li><li>Analytical Mindset: Data-driven decision-making with strong command of marketing KPIs and ROI analysis.</li><li>Adaptability &amp; Initiative: Take ownership, work independently, and thrive in fast-paced, unstructured environments.</li><li>Collaboration &amp; Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to work across teams and communicate with stakeholders.</li><li>Vendor &amp; Budget Management: Effectively manage external partners, agencies, and marketing budgets.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (Master&rsquo;s degree is a plus).</li><li>7&ndash;10 years of progressive marketing experience in UAE, with at least 2&ndash;3 years in a leadership or independent role.</li><li>Proven experience in the UAE market, ideally within Real Estate, with a deep understanding of regional consumer behavior and local market trends.</li><li>Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, analytics, and digital marketing tools.</li><li>Demonstrated experience in brand development, positioning, and content strategy across multiple channels.</li><li>Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and web platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, WordPress, Google Analytics).</li><li>Experience launching or scaling marketing initiatives in a startup or high-growth environment.</li><li>Certification in digital marketing platforms/tools (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint, Hootsuite) is a plus.</li><li>Familiarity with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) and UX/UI principles for marketing optimization.</li><li>Experience working across multicultural teams or cross-functional environments.</li><li>Strong analytical, organizational, project management, and independent execution skills; proactive and adaptable in fast-paced environments.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
