<div></div><div><div><b>Schedule: </b>This position works 12-hour shifts. The work week is an alternating 36 or 48 hours (12 hour shifts rotating on a 2 weeks cycle: 2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off) resulting in a 3 day weekend every other week and some built in overtime.</div>
<div></div><div><b>Compensation: </b>The starting rate for this role is<b> $19.48.</b></div>

<div></div><div><b>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</b></div>
<ul><li>Approves incoming materials by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; rejecting and returning unacceptable materials.</li>
<li>Approves in-process production by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; communicating required adjustments to Production Supervisor and Foreman.</li>
<li>Approves finished products by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; returning products for re-work; confirming re-work.</li>
<li>Documents inspection results by completing reports and logs; summarizing re-work and waste; inputting data into quality database.</li>
<li>Comply and assist with enforcing all Company policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Comply and assist with enforcing all Company Safety policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Perform other duties as required by the Shift Superintendent.</li>
</ul><div><b>Qualifications:</b></div>
<ul><li>High school education (Associate degree, preferred) with experience in a Production environment.</li>
<li>Experience in laboratory environment utilizing test equipment.</li>
<li>Good communication skills.</li>
<li>Good math skills.</li>
<li>Ability to think through complex processes.</li>
<li>Computer knowledge (word processing, spreadsheets, etc.)</li>
<li>Some mechanical aptitude for minor adjustment and calibrations.</li>
<li>Capabilities to read, understand, and analyze customer specifications.</li>
<li>Some experience in using micrometers and calipers</li>

Quality Inspector

<p><b>Job Summary:</b> The Maintenance Mechanic will conduct machine setup, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance services.</p>
<p><b>Schedule:</b> The full-time Maintenance Mechanics work 12-hour Night shifts after the initial training (Mon - Fri, 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM, for about 2 weeks). Night shift schedule is 5:45 PM to 6:00 AM.</p>
<p><b>Compensation:</b> The starting rate for this role is up to $35.30/hr plus 7.5% pay differential for Night Shift hours worked, equaling up to <b>$37.95/hr</b>.</p>

<p><b>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</b></p>
<ul><li>Responsible for following procedures to ensure safety, quality and equipment uptime.</li>
<li>Install, maintain and repair single and multi-stage pumps, motors, drives, bearings and pipe systems</li>
<li>Replace bearings on equipment, remove and install gear boxes</li>
<li>Fit pipes, conduct electrical repair, fabricate equipment</li>
<li>Work on and troubleshoot 480v/220 volt single phase, 3phase, 120 volt, 24 volt controls, VFD controllers, overloads, contactors, circuit breakers, limit switches, conveyors, etc.</li>
<li>Perform hydraulic cylinder repairs/replacement including lines and valves as needed</li>
<li>Light MIG and TIG welding</li>
<li>Operate shop equipment and basic hand tools as needed, such as: band saw, mill, lath, drill press</li>
<li>Accurate documentation including CMMS</li>
<li>Communicate effectively with supervisors and co-workers</li>
<li>Keep equipment and work area clean, safe and organized</li>
<li>Report on issues, and work performed</li>
<li>Additional responsibilities as required by management</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Qualifications:</b></p>
<ul><li>High School Diploma required</li>
<li>Related Certification, technical school strongly desired</li>
<li>2-4 years electrical, plant maintenance, and millwright experience preferred</li>
<li>Ability to read/interpret electrical and hydraulic schematics</li>
<li>Structure welding (stick / SMAW welding) training and experience a plus</li>
<li>Ability to work with single and 3phase power</li>
<li>Ability to work on 480 VFD controllers</li>
<li>Ability to wear a respirator and remain clean shaven</li>
<li>Computer skills, able to use MS Word, MS Excel, Internet, CMMS</li>
