 What you will bring to the team:

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree required; MBA preferred.

 Required Experience

 5 plus years of experience in program/ project management, process engineering or strategy within a technology or operations environment

 Leadership skills: must have experience leading a portfolio of programs, multiple projects and teams.

 Ability to take ambiguous requirements, conduct investigation and develop strategy.
 </li>
 <li>
 Problem solving skills: must be able to identify risks and develop actionable mitigation plans

 In this role, you will be a hands-on technical powerhouse responsible for the architectural design, deployment, and daily maintenance of our global Azure ecosystem. We are looking for a Principal Engineer who thrives in the "doing"&mdash;someone who is as comfortable writing complex Terraform scripts and debugging connectivity issues as they are designing long-term infrastructure roadmaps. You will take full ownership of our infrastructure and play a pivotal role in building and scaling our Data Pipelines from the ground up.  Data Pipeline Development: Actively build and maintain scalable Data Pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Synapse, and Databricks. You will be responsible for the "plumbing" that powers our data-driven initiatives.

 End-to-End Automation: Drive the transition to a fully automated environment by writing and maintaining Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Bicep) for all deployments&mdash;no manual clicks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Direct Troubleshooting: Serve as the final escalation point for complex technical issues, diving deep into logs, network traces, and code to resolve bottlenecks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Active Security Hardening: Directly implement and audit security controls, identity management (Entra ID), and encryption standards to meet ISO, NIST, and SOC compliance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Real-time Cost Optimization: Perform weekly "hands-on" audits of Azure spend, actively resizing workloads and removing waste to ensure maximum ROI.
 </li>
 <li>
 CI/CD Integration: Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions) to automate the delivery of both infrastructure and application updates.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborative Building: Work side-by-side with developers and architects to ensure the infrastructure perfectly supports application requirements.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 What you will bring to the team
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (Master&rsquo;s Degree preferred).
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience: 7&ndash;10+ years of deep technical experience in IT infrastructure, with a proven track record of being the "go-to" hands-on expert for Azure environments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Technical Breadth: Expert-level command of Azure Networking (vWAN, Firewalls, Application Gateways), AKS, and Storage solutions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Pipeline Expertise: Demonstrable experience in the actual construction and optimization of Data Pipelines and ETL processes within Azure.
 </li>
 <li>
 Automation Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Terraform and scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, or Python) to automate repetitive tasks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Certifications: Preferred Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Azure DevOps Engineer Expert&mdash;must show evidence of keeping skills "sharp" and current.
 </li>
 <li>
