 Public Relations Officer (PRO)
 
 to join our team in
 
 Dubai, UAE
 
 . The ideal candidate must have a solid experience in
 
 visa processing and government-related documentation
 
 across
 
 Dubai, Sharjah, and Abu Dhabi
 
 . This role requires a detail-oriented and reliable professional who can ensure smooth coordination with government departments and compliance with UAE labor and immigration laws.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
 
 
 ➤ Manage all government-related documentation including visa applications, renewals, cancellations, Emirates ID, labor permits, and company licensing..
 
 
 ➤ Ensure timely processing of employee visas and legal documents in Dubai, Sharjah, and Abu Dhabi.
 
 
 ➤ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of government rules, regulations, and procedures.
 
 
 ➤ Build and maintain strong relationships with government authorities and external agencies.
 
 
 ➤ Ensure full compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations.
 
 
 ➤ Prepare and submit required reports and documentation to management.
 
 
 ➤ Assist in other administrative and legal tasks as required.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 REQUIREMENTS:
 
 
 
 ✔️ Proven experience as a PRO in the UAE (minimum 3&ndash;5 years)
 
 
 ✔️ Strong understanding of UAE immigration and labor regulations
 
 
 ✔️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 
 
 ✔️ Strong organizational and time management abilities
 
 
 ✔️ Valid UAE driving license is preferred
 
 
 ✔️
