 Role Overview
 
 
 We are looking for a highly skilled
 
 Marketing Manager
 
 to lead ZORA&rsquo;s marketing operations and manage the growth of multiple brands at once. The ideal candidate is strategic, creative, and deeply experienced in building marketing systems for agencies. You will oversee brand strategies, content direction, digital campaigns, social media plans, and client relationships while ensuring top-tier execution across all projects.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for ZORA and all client brands.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital channels (social, paid ads, influencers, SEO, email, etc.).
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage a portfolio of brands simultaneously and ensure each brand&rsquo;s tone, identity, and objectives are consistently met.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitors to propose innovative growth opportunities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Supervise the content team (designers, copywriters, photographers, and social media specialists) to ensure high-quality creative output.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with clients &mdash; from onboarding through execution and reporting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Measure and report campaign performance, using data to optimize strategies and budget allocation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with production teams for photoshoots, branding assets, and creative direction.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support new business development, proposals, and pitching to potential clients.
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Requirements
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in creative agencies or multi-brand environments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of brand building, digital marketing tools, and social media ecosystems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience managing multiple brands/projects at the same time.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative, and data-driven environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical mindset and experience with reporting and KPIs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
