We&rsquo;re looking for a Social &amp; Content Manager who can think creatively, execute fast, and grow ZOZO&rsquo;s presence across platforms.</li></ul>This role is not just about posting.It&rsquo;s about storytelling, consistency, engagement, and growth.Key ResponsibilitiesContent &amp; Social Media<ul><li>Plan, create, and publish content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, YouTube (shorts)</li></ul><ul><li>Write engaging captions, hooks, and short scripts aligned with ZOZO&rsquo;s voice</li></ul><ul><li>Repurpose one piece of content into multiple formats (posts, reels, stories, carousels)</li></ul><ul><li>Manage daily posting and ensure brand consistency</li></ul>Growth &amp; Engagement<ul><li>Actively engage with followers, comments, DMs, and communities</li></ul><ul><li>Track what&rsquo;s working and improve content based on insights</li></ul><ul><li>Support campaign launches, events, partnerships, and announcements</li></ul><ul><li>Work closely with founders to capture real stories, moments, and ideas</li></ul>Content Strategy<ul><li>Build a monthly content calendar</li></ul><ul><li>Spot trends early and adapt them to ZOZO&rsquo;s brand</li></ul><ul><li>Help position ZOZO as a modern, visionary, and credible startup brand</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
