 Quality Control Manager (BILINGUAL: English/Spanish)
 
 
 
 
 Location: Zephyrhills, FL (Candidates must reside near the Zephyrhills area).
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Strong background in the food industry to lead and oversee our quality assurance and food safety programs. We are looking for a detail-oriented leader who is passionate about food safety and continuous improvement.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Oversee all quality control and food safety procedures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with FDA, USDA, and other regulatory standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage audits (internal, external, and third-party).
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain HACCP, GMP, and sanitation programs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead and train the quality control team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Investigate and resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with production and operations to maintain high product standards.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 :
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Bilingual: English and Spanish
 
 </li>
 <li>
 5+ years of quality control/quality assurance experience in the food industry.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, SQF/BRC (preferred).
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience managing audits and regulatory inspections.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent leadership and communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or related field preferred.
 </li>
