<div>About The Role
The Manufacturing Operations Analyst is responsible for managing a segment of the manufacturing operation schedule, coordinating with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and reports to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction.
What You&rsquo;ll Do
<ul><li>Utilize the SAP system to generate, analyze, and manage manufacturing schedule reports.
</li><li>Plan, schedule, and oversee material readiness and production progress to ensure the timely delivery of critical shipments to customers, including tracking progress via Jira and identifying/resolving product issues.
</li><li>Analyze FIFO (First-In, First-Out) inventory reports and collaborate with production teams to mitigate risks associated with aging inventory and potential excesses.
</li><li>Proactively escalate any potential committed schedule impacts (e.g., capacity constraints, supply risks, operational interruptions) to management with proposed solutions.
</li><li>Manage and expedite manufacturing progress&mdash;including build, test, repair, and packing phases&mdash;by strategically allocating resources to ensure schedules are met.
</li><li>Perform comprehensive data analysis of demand and supply trends, generating various status reports to drive manufacturing processes and managing inventory toward achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
</li><li>Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
</li><li>Coordinate with Engineering (ENG) and Information Technology (IT) teams to optimize tools and reporting mechanisms, enhancing process efficiency and overall operational performance.
</li><li>Perform other assigned duties as required.
</li></ul>What You&rsquo;ll Bring
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in supply chain management, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Business, Engineering, or a related field. (preferred)
</li><li>Relevant manufacturing operations management experience (preferred)
</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access/Database); and experience using enterprise systems such as SAP, SFC, WMS, Lean methodologies, or similar platforms.
</li><li>Leadership Skills: Ability to take ownership, share information transparently, and communicate effectively and appropriately across all audience levels.
</li><li>Cross-Functional Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, vital for collaborating effectively across different departments.
</li><li>Time Management: Excellent ability to prioritize and schedule tasks efficiently to maximize productivity.
</li><li>Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills such as the ability to question, accurately identify a need, and present an effective solution.
</li></ul>ZT Systems assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package is created for all our employees. The typical base salary for this position is expected to be between $52,500 - $70,000. If hired, the final base salary will be determined on an individual basis taking into consideration experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.
