What are you Going to do?</b></div><div></div><div><br>
As a Senior Python Developer, you'll play a pivotal role in the development of a cutting-edge, cloud-based structural analysis platform. You'll design and optimize core services that integrate with external building design tools, focusing on delivering high-quality software solutions in a distributed environment. Example projects include:</div><div>
Creating services to generate complex structural meshes from architectural models.</div><div>
Designing and integrating finite element analysis solutions with advanced FEM libraries.</div><div>
Implementing region-specific structural verification logic according to building codes.</div><div>
Collaborating with subject matter experts on requirements and testing scenarios.</div><div>
Coding and validating structural verifications, including Reinforced Concrete structures.</div><div>
Working collaboratively with engineering teams across multiple locations.</div><div>

What are we Looking for?</b></div><div>
&#10004;Minimum 5 years of experience with Python (object-oriented programming, data classes)</div><div>
&#10004;Strong background in NumPy and SciPy&mdash;ND tensors, slicing, sparse representations</div><div>
&#10004;Solid grasp of software engineering principles and best practices</div><div>
&#10004;Proficient in Test Driven Development; experienced with PyTest.</div><div>
&#10004;Experienced with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker)</div><div>
&#10004;Excellent communication skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving</div><div>

Your Role</b></div><div>
You will play a pivotal role in driving growth across TikTok Shop, D2C websites using Amazon MCF, and other ecommerce marketplaces. Leading strategy and execution, you'll optimize product listings, manage influencer partnerships, and ensure a seamless customer experience. This role is ideal for a results-driven digital marketer with expertise in social commerce and ecommerce growth.</div>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Roles &amp; Responsibilities</b></h3><ul><li><b>
Marketing and Merchandising</b></li><li>
Work with marketing teams to develop and execute marketing plans to promote products and drive sales on TikTok Shop, direct websites utilizing Amazon MCF, and other ecommerce marketplaces.</li><li>
Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.</li><li>
Maintain a marketing calendar and manage timelines for promotions, launches, and special events.</li><li><b>
Revenue Growth</b></li><li>
Partner with the Ecommerce Director to develop strategies for revenue growth on TikTok Shop, identifying new opportunities and optimizing existing resources.</li><li>
Implement and manage consignment business models to enhance product availability and reduce inventory risks.</li><li>
Monitor performance metrics and execute campaigns to increase engagement and conversion rates.</li><li>
Support the Ecommerce Director in managing monthly budgets to ensure optimal spending on advertising investments.</li><li><b>
Product Listing Management</b></li><li>
Create and optimize product listings tailored for TikTok Shop, ensuring accurate product descriptions, visuals, and SEO-friendly tags.</li><li>
Regularly update product information, including pricing, availability, and special promotions.</li><li>
Troubleshoot product and order errors, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.</li><li><b>
Order and Customer Experience Management</b></li><li>
Troubleshoot product and order errors, coordinating with internal CSR teams for timely resolutions.</li><li>
Work closely with the Customer Service team to handle customer inquiries related to TikTok Shop.</li><li><b>
Influencer and Affiliate Collaboration</b></li><li>
Partner with influencer and affiliate teams to seed products for reviews, creating brand advocacy and driving conversions.</li><li>
Monitor influencer collaborations to assess effectiveness and optimize product seeding strategies.</li><li>
Handle influencer contracts and negotiate creator terms to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Skills &amp; Experience</b></h3><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.</li><li>
2+ years of proven experience in social media management, ecommerce, and digital marketing.</li><li>
Prior experience working with TikTok Shop highly preferred.</li><li>
Experience in the Beauty or CPG industry preferred but not required.</li><li>
Strong understanding of social media platforms, including TikTok and TikTok Shop.</li><li>
Ability to analyze performance metrics and provide reports to internal stakeholders to track initiatives' effectiveness.</li><li>
Ability to deliver P/L across ecommerce channels and make clear/concise decisions on financial plan.</li><li>
Excellent organizational and project management skills.</li><li>
Strong PowerPoint creation skills.</li><li>
Proficiency in data analysis and performance tracking tools.</li><li>
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>
