We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic <b>French-speaking Inside Sales Representative</b> to join our growing sales team in India. This role will focus on generating pipeline, nurturing leads, and supporting the sales cycle for the French-speaking market.</div><div>
The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills in both French and English, and the ability to engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.</div><div></div><div><br>
Key Responsibilities:</div><ul>
<li>Proactively prospect and generate qualified leads through outbound calling, emails, social selling, and networking.</li>
<li>Conduct initial discovery calls to understand customer pain points and business needs.</li>
<li>Build strong relationships with prospective clients and effectively communicate our value proposition.</li>
<li>Schedule meetings, product demos, and handover qualified leads to the field sales team.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.</li>
<li>Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and pipeline targets.</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with the marketing team on lead nurturing campaigns and events.</li>
<li>Provide feedback to product and sales teams on customer trends and market needs.</li></ul></div></div><p><b>
Job Requirement</b></p><div><div><ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.</li>
<li><b>French language proficiency at C1/C2 or native-equivalent level</b>.</li>
<li>1-3 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or lead generation, preferably in SaaS, software, or technology sales.</li>
<li>Strong prospecting skills and the ability to engage decision-makers.</li>
<li>Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and prospecting tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.</li>
<li>Self-motivated, energetic, and driven to succeed in a target-driven environment.</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>Prior experience selling in the French market.</li>
<li>Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, SPIN Selling, or Challenger Sales.</li></ul><div></div><div><br>
