1. Procurement (Plant Services &amp; Compliance)</b></p><div><b>
Location:</b> Ahmedabad<br>
<b>Department:</b> Procurement &ndash; GDSO<br>
<b>Key Responsibilities:</b></div><ul><li>
Execute procurement for plant-level services: manpower contracts, canteen operations, transportation, event management.</li><li>
Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, minimum wages) and audit readiness.</li><li>
Manage RFQs/RFPs, purchase orders, vendor coordination, and SLA adherence.</li><li>
Negotiate contracts and conduct cost analysis for competitive pricing.</li><li>
Prepare spend reports and compliance dashboards.</li></ul><div><b>
Qualifications:</b></div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business/Commerce/Hospitality or related field.</li><li>
5&ndash;8 years of experience in Indirect Procurement or Plant Services.</li><li>
Familiarity with SAP/Ariba and strong negotiation skills.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>
2. Procurement (Corporate Services, Marketing &amp; Events)</b></p><div><b>

<b>Key Responsibilities:</b></div><ul><li>
Manage procurement for marketing campaigns, branding, advertising, and promotional materials.</li><li>
Coordinate travel and event management for corporate initiatives.</li><li>
Execute procurement for corporate services: telecom, manpower, facility management.</li><li>
Negotiate contracts, ensure compliance, and maintain vendor performance metrics.</li></ul><div><b>
Qualifications:</b></div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business/Commerce/Marketing or related field.</li><li>
5&ndash;8 years of experience in Indirect Procurement with exposure to marketing procurement.</li><li>
Familiarity with SAP/Ariba and event/travel platforms.</li></ul><div><b>

<li>Track study progress and ensure alignment with project milestones, client deliverables, and budgets, providing regular updates to stakeholders</li><div></div>
<li>Review study updates and reports, including detailed analysis of study data
</li></ul><div></div><ul><li> Assignments may include other non-trial related activities such as interaction with Formulation and Project Management teams.
</li></ul><div></div><ul><li>Ensure adherence to global and regional regulations and guidelines, staying up-to-date with any changes or updates</li><div></div>
