This is an ideal role for early-career professionals who want to build their career in procurement. As a Purchase Associate, you will support the purchase team in sourcing packaging materials, maintaining vendor communication, and ensuring smooth documentation.Roles and Responsibilities:Procurement Support<ul><li>Understand packaging material requirements.</li><li>Support the preparation of purchase orders, invoices, and related documentation.</li><li>Follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.</li></ul>Vendor Coordination<ul><li>Maintain regular communication with vendors.</li></ul>Inventory &amp; Supply Chain Support<ul><li>Monitor material stock levels and update records.</li><li>Assist in coordinating reordering to maintain adequate inventory.</li></ul>Cost &amp; Data Management<ul><li>Maintain purchase-related data and records.</li><li>Assist in preparing procurement reports.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Graduate in Supply Chain / Business Administration / Commerce or equivalent.</li><li>0&ndash;1 year of relevant experience (freshers with strong interest in procurement may apply).</li><li>Basic knowledge of procurement processes and MS Office tools.</li><li>Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;17,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Gandhi Nagar, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>What is your current CTC in LPA?</li><li>What is your expected CTC in LPA?</li><li>What is your notice period in days?</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Procurement: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
