Roles and Responsibilities:&middot; Receive and verify raw materials upon arrival and ensure timely documentation and entry.&middot; Properly store raw materials in designated areas within the warehouse as per storage norms.&middot; Ensure the FIFO (First-In-First-Out) method is followed to manage shelf life and prevent expiry or wastage.&middot; Issue raw materials to production as per the indents, ensuring accurate quantity and batch tracking.&middot; Maintain real-time inventory records and report discrepancies to the store manager.&middot; Organize and label inventory systematically to ensure efficient retrieval and minimal stock losses.&middot; Coordinate with Quality Assurance for clearance and compliance checks before stocking or issuing raw material.&middot; Participate in monthly/quarterly inventory audits and stock reconciliations.&middot; Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance in the warehouse as per SOPs and industry standards.Qualifications:&middot; Minimum 1&ndash;2 years of experience in warehouse/store operations, preferably in a cosmetic, pharma, or FMCG manufacturing setup.&middot; Strong knowledge of raw material handling and inventory management systems.&middot; Familiarity with shelf-life tracking, the FIFO method, and stock rotation principles.&middot; Good organizational and communication skills.&middot; Working knowledge of MS Excel and inventory software (e.g., Tally, ERP systems) is a plus.&middot; Attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.&middot; Graduate in any discipline.
