 Responsibilities

 Own the Merge Dragons! product lifecycle from end to end.
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive the success and growth of the product by developing a clear product vision, strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management framework.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage execution and address challenges through creative, out-of-the-box thinking; lead and contribute to technical discussions with cross-functional teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Gather multidisciplinary requirements, write clear and detailed MRDs, PRDs, UI/UX flows, and wireframes; define A/B tests and user stories; prioritize the backlog; and oversee development and engineering.
 </li>
 <li>
 Test, analyze, optimize, and balance features to achieve the best results. Take responsibility for usage data and patterns, and run tests to continuously improve performance and business outcomes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with all relevant cross-functional teams (R&amp;D, Design, Customer Support, BI, etc.) to ensure smooth and efficient implementation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify opportunities for key initiatives that enhance the customer experience.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Requirements

 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in the gaming industry or B2C sector.
 </li>

 Ability to balance in-game economy and progression systems (missions, rewards, tournaments)
 </li>

 Strong analytical skills and experience working with data to guide decisions
 </li>

 2D Animator
 
 to join our creative team and bring life to our mobile game experiences. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in animation principles, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate ideas into engaging animation that enhances gameplay and storytelling.
 
 
 You&rsquo;ll work closely with artists, designers, and engineers to craft high-quality animations for characters, UI, and in-game effects that align with the overall visual direction of the project. The role requires both artistic sensibility and technical understanding to ensure smooth performance and visual impact across mobile platforms.
